I heard that Microsoft is making an Xbox 180, which is a portable version of either Xbox or Xbox 360 according to my friend... Is this true?

Never heard of any "Xbox 180". It would be a bad name so I really doubt about that name.
But it's true that Microsoft aims to "attack" the portable video games consoles market. I am sure of one thing thought : if they do, it won't be ONLY a video game console, just like the PSP. More like a Zune with video games capacities.

Not microsoft actually..a guy has an FAQ to make your own...he also mad a portable Wii. Linky

I found that too, but I was talking about people who say Microsoft is making a 180.


It isnt true..CES just went by, if it were true it would have been announced at that.

My thoughts exactly. XP It's just not enough anymore to only be able to play games. And it'd be interesting to see how Micrsoft would create its first hand-held game console. Just a shot in the dark here, but maybe XBox 180 is the UNOFFICIAL name...just like how everyone was calling the N. Revolution before, but the N. Wii now...

I looked it up, there's no sign of "XBox 180" anywhere. Maybe it's just a fake rumor...
