Well, as I knew this would not make everyone happy, I made this poll to see if it was a good solution or not. (don't worry, I expected to receive complaints about this)

Keep in mind that it's the best solution I have found to prevent some people to be in first spots while they don't deserve it (such as lobo, balto30...) and to put to the top the ones who stayed at the bottom and so received very few comments while they deserve much better. So even if I removed it, you would have to give me another solution...

In any case, there will always be one rule : galleries at the top will receive the most visits, while galleries at the bottom will be the less visited. Currently the rule was and still is the number of drawings sent. I don't see any other ordering that would be more fair for the moment.

Your opinion?

I like your solution, Steet. As you said, those at the bottom get less visits.
But didn't you say you were going for quality not quantity?
In either case, those at the bottom deserve a chance for more reviews and comments, so I say YES!

Mmm, in fact, I'm thinkking about it, and I'm wondering if I should not put to the top the galleries who sent new drawings since the last update...
Good point : Everyone can be "at the top" for some time.
Bad point : The ordering will change every time, so you'll have to search where each gallery is...

i think you should keep it but maybe once in a while switch around the favorite artists

Keep it. Until now I don't have any other solution maybe excepting a random switch. Actualy not a random but a order switch. A day person X will be first, then the next day second, then third, etc etc, all the way down. then again first, etc

I think it's a nice idea. I alphabetize all the galleries on mine so that they are fairly easy to find each time. I just need to work on a way to get an update note or something next to the ones that have new art.

It's a good idea to me. I don't think it's unfair at all; if you put in the effort, then you could be at the top. If you don't, then you shouldn't really be complaining about it.

I think you should keep it, because if anyone wanted to find the best fan art of the week they'd know where to look.

I like it, but steet, will it be updated every once in a while if an artist shows marked improvement?
