"Oh my god! There he is!" Faye, Saba's friend screamed. Saba turned, and was stunned to see the most handsome dog in Nome, flying down with his sled team to finish the Iditarod. He a big dog, about twice Saba's size, big and strong. He was red and white, and had markings just like his mother Roxy, except he had red around his blue eyes, like Steele, his father, and an unusually long white blaze that went past his ears, and partially dowm the back of his neck.

His name was Thorn, and he was Saba's dream dog. Saba watched as he and his team crossed the finish line. Saba, and her friends ran over to the team, when the sled stopped and gazed at the Thorn. Thorn's owner and a few other men walked over to him, and began talking "Fast as a greyhound, that Thorn, and the racing spirit of one too." one said "He could have won the Iditarod all by himself! All he did was drag his team across the snow!" said another "And looked good doing it! I tell you, this one is going to be a champion, and an excellent stud dog." his owner said with pride. Thorn hated it. That's when hid parents walked up. "That my son. A champion, just like his father!" Steele bragged. "That was an excellent race son." His mother praised. "It's not that big a deal you know." Thorn tried his hardest to put them off. Thorn was not the bragging type, but he always let everyone know who the boss. He was more of wary dog, he only trusted dogs that he was constantly around, and he never allowed anyone to know very much about him.

Once Thorn's parents left, Saba watched Thorn walk away. Saba's friends Faye and Lina, a tan dog and a silver one, melt as he walked past. Saba, was going to go up to him, but before Saba could get to him, she was stopped by Balto. "Where did you run off to? I was trying to findd you." Balto said a little concerned. "I was watching the race. Dad, can we do this later please?" Saba said, a bit annoyed. "What's your rush? I just wanted to-" "How nice for you." Saba said as she watched Thorn walk away. She then ran after him.

"What's gotten into her?" Balto said. Jenna walked up beside him. "She's just bieng a teen." Jenna assured him. Balto didn't like Saba's intrest in Thorn at all. He didn't see Thorn as the type of dog for his daughter, an he knew Saba's passion for him would cause a problem.

Saba was running after Thorn as happy as ever, until her rival showed up on the scene. She was black and silver. She was a showdog pf pedigree. She was Saba's rival as the other top dog in Nome. She had a beautiful figure, stunning green eyes, and a blue ribbon, with the bow tied neatly to the side of her neck.

Her name was Cinder, and Saba didn't like her...

Ill right more later. But this is the start of the story. Tell me what you think!

yes it is, a few of the characters are done, just go to the fanart section of the forums and look for the gallery it's on the first page! Some of the characters are not up yet though, because I'm writing 4 stories at one time.

If you want to see the first story before this one, just look around the forum fanfic section. It's done in posts and it has been updated!

I'm sorry to say that I haven't read the first one, but I can still understand what is going on in this one. When I have some more time I will sit down and read it, because I like what I've seen of your writing.

I really like it But you say that Balto doesn't like Saba's interest in Thorn - yet he won't tell her that he's her cousin?!

I think I get too deep in stories sometimes xD Great writing - can't wait to see updates.
