Did anybody know that in the original book Ronno was already grown up when Bambi and Faline were fawns? But in Bambi 2 Ronno was a fawn. I wonder why they changed it. :shock:

They changed it because...I don't know. Another thing is Bambi and Faline already knew Ronno in the book, whereas in the movie, Faline asked, "Who are you?"

Due to the state of all the other Disney sequels they probably didn't cover every aspect of the original.

I watched the end of Bambi 2 and hated it. Bambi fell over fifty feet and then seconds later woke up and leapt around? That's just Disney humour.

Well I have never read the book( I didn't know that here was a book by the time I watched it :shock:

) but what I think is that if they had a older ronno
in Bambi 2 it probably wouldn't make sense

On the topic, Ronno was actually older than Bambi and Faline. He was considered a young buck in the book I believe and Bambi admired him. They probably made him appear younger so that he would become more likeable.

Well, I wish that disney at least made him a little bigger. Then it would have been closer to the book.

Well in bambi 1, Bambi grows up. in Bambi 2 hes all of a sudden a fawn again. In bambi one falline has 2 babbies and do you think Bambi 2 should of been about bambi's 2 fawns.

Exactly! Disney should have named the darn thing Bambi 1 1/2 instead of tricking everybody into thinking that it was a sequel :evil:

They didn't follow the books... the first is absolutely nothing like the movie, they only took the characters and a few things that happened.

I think they just randomly went off with the sequels... makes me mad, but that's the way it is.
