Mm nice, xD, still get 07 and 06 confused, must transition.
I few things to note though, I hope you don't mind.
Light source is not definitive and is confusing. Highlights to the right and a glow on his body to the left, but shadows also go towards the left and also there are shadows on the right. The dymanics just dont make sense. It may also be helpful to brighten the highlights a bit, although fitting of the time of day, it is not so effective in cartoons. Teeth could also be shaded.
The lines over the eyes shouldnt be so far up, they could not possibly be the continuation of the eyeball as his eyes are already alert and thus would have none of the lid sagging over, and if they are double eyelids, the eyelids tend to follow closely to the edge of the upper lid.
The markings on the left also do not match symmetrically to the right one, although this may be intentional.
The farther leg is not shaded at all, and should be one of the darkest parts of the body, unless that leg was to be transparent.
Overall, the shading is the part you need most improvement on.
