I've notests lots of shows that have bad lauguage. Do you think it is causeing bullies?
When I'm watching TV, such as Nickelodeon and Nick at night have shows on That have charecters bullieing on another. Such as, The fairyodd parents.
Also with rude comments such as, loser and other mean words.
Now kids who watch these shows will pick up on them and think it is Ok to say them to other people at school.
Just because you scene something On TV doesent mean its okay to say.

Not neccessarily...kids are always picking on each other. Not all of them are going to watch a crude scene and say "Oh, maybe I should throw my friend off a cliff."

ALL of them? Are you sure? Sounds to me like you think that society is crap, and that little kids going around with shotguns and kill each other.
It's true that kids watch violent television programs but that doesn't mean that they follow their example. When was the last time you saw a child trying to hang someone up on a flagpole?

Kids are always jerks, always have been. There are those people who are always going to pick on those people that they percieve as weak, nerdy, dumb, gay, or some other adjective or atribute that has nothing to do with that person's character. I ought to know: I was bullied in my younger days. You have to remember one thing: kids are mean and horrible, never forget that. They always have been, the Fairly Oddparents or whatever dreck passes for Nicktoons anymore haven't changed anything. In fact, I would believe that bullies would deny watching anything that "lame" and would instead claim to be watching more "badass" shows, like Southpark or something along those lines.

Not really. I'm saying is that, when kids watch tv shows they will want to repet what they saw.

I dont think any one can say anything bad with the FCC around. I hardly think Nick would say anything bad, most of the things they say are things that we dont think is mean.

I agree with kairi, kids are allways going to bully one another anyway and aslong they dont watch * you know what * thats just fine with me

That's usually not the reason why bullies, well, bully people. Usually it's because they get no attention what-so-ever at home, were teased in the past, have low self-esteem, or it could just be because of peer pressure.
I personally think that those shows are just for fun, no sane kid would cut someones head off, tape it back on, throw them in a river, run them over with a boat, then put them through a shredding machine. It's just impossible, though I could see someone trying it. XD

Huh? What are you agreeing to Breanna? Not to sound like a mean ol' guy, but try to use some punctuation and some grammar and things like that. Yes, it is the Internet and not a school paper, so we all can cut each other a little slack, but I'm having a hard time telling what you're talking about. Oh, and by the way, what is GDW?
