I saw Balto 3, I did not get a chance to see all of Balto 2 though. I did not enjoy the singing part of the movie. I never like when the characters sing in a movie. That is why I dislike alot of Disney movies, especially when the singing is not just accompaniment for a montage. Like in Fox and The hound, the singing was not like in a movie like some movies when they are dancing and there a alot of colors. They should only make the music enjoyable, catchy, and easy to remember, like in Alladin or Lion King.

Wolf Quest has some of THE best music I have ever heard. And there's was actually some organization to it. there were 3 songs in WoC: the theme song, Stella's song, and Jenna's song. A Theme song is normal so that was cool. Stella's song was kinda uneeded and I disliked it, it reminded me of Chicago...Jenna's song was pretty cool, but then after those two early in the movie there weren't anymore which annoyed me. either they shoulda left the songs out, or put more in. However, just cuz I'm attackin' the music doesn't mean I didn't like the movie! It was awesome!! ...minus the music...lol

I prefer movies that don't have any singing in them, or at least very little. I don't mind a song in there somewhere as long as none of the characters sing it. But I think Jenna's song was nice. Stella's was a little risqué though for a kid's movie, and wasn't needed. It didn't help the movie along at all, but slowed it down. I really hated the WQ songs though. The only one that was somewhat decent was the one that played during the adoption of the pups, otherwise they seemed out of place to me and were kind of cheesy.

Mmm...I wonder why everyone say there was much less songs in WoC than WQ, because there were three in both. Well, maybe four for WQ, if you count Muru's song before "who you are"

I don't think they were bad at all. Exception for Stella's "courting" song, of course.
I think all of the sequel songs seemed on the same level (the original song from Balto is definitely on a higher level though), only because most of them were silly little kiddie songs (not Stella's song anyway . .. ). Fortunately, the more serious songs from the sequels were the most well-done of the sequel songs: "Taking You Home" and "You Don't Have to Be a Hero". Those were the best songs from the sequels (IMO).
Actually, I like animated movies with songs. I just don't like it when a animal that usually wouldn't sing actually sings a song (pretty badly most of the time). That's a bit unnecessary in my opinion, unless the character can sing it really well (like with Jenna's song in WoC).
