This is a freakin old movie...I'm surprised no one made a topic about this. The movie is about Beetelguese(Pronouced Beetlejuice), the Bio-Exorcist, and Adam, and Barbra, The Mainlands, i'm going to post my own summary,

After Adam, and Barbra die in a freak car accident caused by a dog, the Deetzs' move into their old house, they try and get rid of them, but with failed attempts, they consult Beetelguese, the Bio-Exorcist, by saying his name 3 times!
