No, not more muscular. Just bulkier, not stronger. Heavier. And yes that is a Siberian Husky.

The shape of its face and eyes suggest the look of a husky.

Plus it has blue eyes. That automatically rules out Malamute. Malamutes only have brown/amber eyes. Huskies may have Blue or Brown with any combination of both.
Some differences for future reference are Huskies have ears more highset on their head where Malamute ears are futher apart and seem to be further towards the side of their head then on top. Also Malamutes have big, wide paws while Huskies have narrow pointed paws. Those are some big features i look for when telling the difference when I'm called in to shelters to evaluate a husky. I am required to make sure the Husky looks purebreed so I need to know the traits

HalfBreed - Alaskan Malamutes CAN have blue eyes. We've covered this in so many other topics already. The breed standard simply says that they're not favored in judging in shows and conformation. ALL northern breeds can have blue eyes.

It might not have blue eyes, it could just be the camera that made it look that way, I have pictures of my dog in which her eyes look blue, but their naturally a really dark brown.
I've even seen a rottweiler with blue eyes. [No lie, maybe it wasn't a purebred but it still had blue eyes!]
As for the dog, I think it could be a mixed breed, there's no rules saying that it has to be one or the other, right?

I've seen a Rottweiler mix with one brown, one blue eye. So, I believe you.
It doesn't honestly matter what breed the dog is, does it? It's the same as the argument over Steele's breed. Huskies and Malamutes are so similar.
