I don't think so. Do autistic meltdowns and outbursts count?

I've had nearly reached up into panic level...
It was on a night battle with me and my pals, all dark and inside forest...well...I saw nothing...but I always felt my heart beat rate increase into very huge one...this time I just faced whole team...of the enemy side alone...it is like..."oh my god..." which comes first on mind...it ain't easy thing to even try to beat whole team by a surprise...always a feeling that "He saw me he saw me!" comes in mind and every muscle WANTS to take off...but have to lay still....it is Sniper's duty...also soldats xD

I get panic attacks when I speak in front of the class. One day I had to do a presentation, and then afterwards my mom picked me up from school. I got in the car and stared at the windshield. "Well? How'd it go?" my mom asked. I slowly looked up at her, blinked, and said, "I...I was having trouble breathing." She laughed a little, but I don't think I was over hyperventilating yet. I hate doing public speaking. I always stutter and stammer, and my voice is so soft, people are always asking me to repeat things. It's enough to go through the presentation once, but AGAIN?? I am so glad when I can collapse at my desk and feel everyone's eyes start to stare at the next speaker and NOT AT ME. It's so...unnerving!
And then there was that time where I was late to Algebra, and I started hyperventilating as I was running down the hall. I was seeing little black dots by the time I got to class, and the bell had rung about five minutes ago. I'm a little scared of my Algebra teacher because you can never tell whether he's being serious or if he's just joking around. I don't think he holds me in very high regard either. I think the only time I've ever seen a slightly frightened look on his face was when I came running into the classroom then, gasping as if I was going to faint. I was so scared he was going to be mad at me for being late, but I think my hyperventilating scared him. He just told me to sit down, and I did and gradually I started to breath again. Then I was embarrassed. Go figure.
In sum, with the few panic attacks I've had, none of them have been a pleasure to have.

Yeah, they are horrible to me. I have them during tests unless I have my lucky guitar pick. But kids at my school try to steal it and have succeeded several times, sending me into total meltdown. But yeah, that's besides the point. I can't public speak either but I can play music in front of about 400 people. How screwed up is that? Well, yeah. Nice to know I'm not alone here.

I have had some before.Mainly around people who I have bad feelings about. When I see some people who I don't like,I freeze right on the spot and i'm not able to move. But my heart is raceing,my mind races, and takeing a breath becomes harder to do.Sometimes, people tell me to calm down and sit for a while.

Oh yeah...lots of 'em, I used to get them when I had to go anywhere with lots of people, including school.
I got really bad actually, i got so worked up I'd scratch my head until it was bleeding and could'nt go out much during the day, I hate them.
I'm better now but I gotta be careful not to go anywhere I could get in a large crowd like in the city or a busy shop, I'm better when I'm with someone, I just hide behind them but i still get very nervous.
Pain in the neck are'nt they?

I've only ever had one...and the story is very embarassing...
*clears throat*
Okay, I was playing this amazing PS2 game, called 'Drakan: The Ancient's Gates', and I had to go through this swamp. I came to a cave, filled with huge spiders. Some stand on the ceiling, and they climb down a piece of thread, sometimes right behind me, which is the freakiest thing in the world. They all came at me, and whammed their tails at me, hissing, poison dripping from their fangs
I git really freaked out. I stood up, sweating badly, and having some trouble breathing. My dad took over for me, and he killed all the spiders. I can now go through the level easy-peasy. I'm used to it now xD
And, if you hadn't noticed, I don't like spiders xD

We got interums recently and for the first time ever I had a less then perfict grade, mind you I get in trouble if I bring home a B+. So I was all like AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH MY MUM IS GUNNA KILL ME! My friends tried to help but some only worsened the situation. Then I had to go face the rath of my red-headed mum. *shudder* And if I have panic attaks at home I kinda get yelled at. So my poor friends usally see me at my worst.
