What do you think of Kodi's nose/muzzle.. the lines on it.

They've always stood out to me and look rather strange. Compared to the other dogs..

I like it how his muzzle is shaped. It's just a bridge. His snout sticks out more the nthe other dogs. I think he'd look very weird without the bridge xD

Hmm.. well.. in these pictures, I've wiped out part of his 'bridge'. I think that in the second he looks like Jenna without it.. in the third, he looks ok.

Aye, he loks best in the 3rd pic, I'll agree with you there ^^ I still think Kodi looks adorable with his bridge ^_^

I agree - Kodi's bridge is something that "connects" Father and Son together (maybe it's a visual show of their close bond with each other?).

Plus, I like the fact that it causes him to stick out from the other dogs and probably from his 4 other similar-looking siblings (Note: I think you know I didn't include Aleu, since she looks nothing like her husky-looking siblings. Duh.) and his own mother (who in a couple of moments looks like a copy of her own son . . . except without the bridge lines, of course.).

I mean, remember what happened in WQ? The husky pups all looked alike. Imagine that they all grew up to look exactly alike too . . . could you tell them apart so easily? (I thought not.) This was one of the big improvements from WQ by having the pups (in the flashback scene during Jenna's inspirational solo) look a bit different (other than marking-wise; a couple of them were a darker burgundy than others, I noticed) so that you could tell Kodi apart from the others (although, yes, his bridge markings hadn't shown up yet . . . maybe it was due to his developing relationship to his father that caused it to form . . . as if part of his father was indeed "rubbing off" on him.) not just by their actions.

I like his bridge, but I have to admit. He does look a lot cuter without it. But it doesn't really matter to me. These dogs are meant to powerful working animals and it doesn't really bother me if they are cute or not. Besides, I don't think Kodi would be the same without his bridge

Personally, I think the lines on his nose, though odd, do give him character. However, they should've at least made the bridge of his nose a different shade of white. That'd give the bridge more of a purpose than simply to distinguish Kodi from Jenna. But he didn't really need the bridge lines on his nose. If they shaded his fur a little bit more towards Balto's color (I.E. make Kodi's white fur browner or greyer, like he was in but a few scenes when he wasn't even NEAR Jenna, go figure XD) nobody would mix him or Jenna up at all, if not as much.

EDITED: Wait, I lied. He was in a scene with Jenna when he was greyer. But even with the bridge of his bose colored over, he still doesn't look that much to Jenna (well...he KINDA does in the face area, but I think its just his eyelashes XD) But even so, you can still tell that they are two different dogs. If they were consistant in keeping Kodi's colors that way, the bridge would not even be necessary.

I thought the bridge just looked like bad drawing the first time I saw it. I still think he'd look better with just part of it..

Kodi does seem to have the boxiest muzzle of all Balto characters in my opinion.

I prefer him without it but oh well I'll like him either way

I too agree that Kodi looks better with only part of it. Either way, he is still awesome.
