I think I've also seen this before. How can someone actually have the time to do that to his/her house? It's just crazy.

I'll bet every time the guy's electric company adds up the bills at the end of December, they see an unreasonably high usage of electricity, and they're probably saying, "Oh, this guy again..."

They say you can drive by in your car and just change your radio to the certain channel and you here the music so not to disturb the neighbours.Its quite clever. :wink:
