.. In Balto 1.

Firstly, wouldn't a Grizzly have gone into hibernation by now?

Secondly, how is it that Jenna was able to bound across the ice, lay with Balto and only then after realized that she'd hurt her paw? XP

I don't like to pick out bloopers but I just want to see who else noticed this.

Well, pain isn't really a factor if you don't pay attention to it. If I person has something distracting them, whether it be stress or laughing at something else, pain becomes less noticable. Jenna was freaking out when Balto fell through the ice, she was probably too scared to notice her wound. And when she was running over the ice, she was so happy to see him, all of her thoughts were probably just focused on reaching him and making sure he was ok. Once everything calmed down, she noticed the pain in her leg.

As for the bear, it was probably disturbed out of hibernation.

Aye, I agree with Cat. She was just scared, then overjoyed.

But, about it being 'disturbed', don't Grizzlies go into some sort of 'torper' (sp?) or something? Because their hearts stop beating, because they go into a very deep sleep. I don't think some polar bears having a snowball fight would wake a bear that easily.

Just speaking my mind. xD

Yes, I thought the same - about the bear. I just didn't want to say anything..
