Man I love that series and WWII in that fact. mostly about how the 82 and 101 Airborne and how they played a big role on D Day and the battles after.

My teachers brother was an extra on the Carentan Episode, and I saw his name in the credit's... Thats pretty cool. I'm leaving this fall to go to Bastogne, and Holland down hell's highway, ext. I've allready been to Normandy.

With me it ties for first with Saving Private Ryan. I don't care how much it is, I'm going to get it eventually. What I love is the realism, not to mention the awesome battle scenes! (D-Day minus one, Arnhem, Bastounge, crossroads)

*Its Bastogne*

Yes, it's a very real series that shows what life in the war was like. My favorite would be Carentan or the one where they take Foy, in the winter of 1944.
