Okay, I didn't know where to put this poll, so I just decided to put it in the Wolf Quest area

Anyhoo, out of pure curiosity, what is the better Balto seequel; Wolf Quest, or Wings of Change? And even if you hate both; surely there's one of them you hate less

Wings of Change for me Love.gif I just adore the sparkling animation(has improved so much since Wolf Quest) the new voice cast, the storyline...

Not to mention I LOVE LOVE Kodi!!! Love.gif

Opinions, anyone?

I thought WoC was better than WQ in my opinion because I thought the animation was better.

I'd have to say Wings of Change, because I too like Kodi, and to me Aleu wasn't to bad of a character,no offense intended.

None taken  Even though I detest Alue

Wings of Change had a much better 'feeling' to it. It felt much more closer to the original. All the characters are much more uselful. And the main character, Kodi, had far more purpose then Alue  Thank GOD he didn't go on a dum quest to 'find out who he is'

I just love the film. The animation-for a start-was GORGEOUS! Yes, yes, I know, there were loads of colour bloopers and sometimes the dogs looked retarted...but at least they moved like real dogs  In Wolf Quest Alue seemed to be obsessed with her nose( ) and moved like she was retarted  No offense intended to anyone! It just drove me madly insane

Second-the voice cast is very good! Kodi was voiced by Sean Astin! His voice is so smooth! I know Balto and Jenna had the same voices then in Wolf Quest. But I really love their voices ^_^

The songs are brilliant! (except for Stella's...) Especially Jenna's song! Uhhh...it was soooo beautiful...Jodi Benson has such an amazing singing voice!!! ^_^ Love.gif

Wings of change because it had more to do with sled dogs and Nome. WQ was rather out of line. It was about wolves and didn't have much connection with the original film.

Balto 2 was the first Balto I seen, and I gotta say, I LOVED Balto 2 .. o_o And I still did when I watched Balto, but then, I get on a site and read all bloopers and everything - Not only the fact I hated how they made Balto have kids. ^^

And, now - Balto 2 or 3? This is hard. I believe Balto 2's animation was closer to the first, but Balto and Jenna in part 3 looked more like the first.
Balto 2 had a better plot, truly - And better songs than Balto 3. Balto 3 plot was closer to the first in plot-wise, and it's not bad animation, and I would've liked Balto 3 alot... If it wasn't Balto 3. No, I didn't like the animation that much. It's alright, I suppose. Kodi is better than Aleu.

Balto 2 started out stupid, slow, while Balto 3 did have a better start..sorta. But in Balto 3, it's just like Balto is just a dog. So calm, relaxing, but in Balto 1: You can tell he's part wolf. Not only does he look more toward a wolfdog, move real, he is free and does what HE wants. More stuborn, free, and wild. Balto 2: Well, you could easily tell his daughter is a wolfdog, but himself a bit. ... Duh. o_o
Balto 3: Just a tammed, calm dog, that doesn't move real. =/ Walks like a robot, kinda like Balto 2 - Atleast he looks better and Jenna.

This is too hard. :(

 XD

I love his Wolf heritage. But love dogs just as much; so it's good to see a film in the Balto trilogy about dogs. I LOVE sled dogs - huskies, chinooks, malamutes...

The 1st one was about dogs and wolves. The 2nd was about wolves. So the 3rd is about dogs! Love.gif

I love how Balto acted in the 3rd. He was still his big-hearted, heroic self. And everyone else sees it that way! He is very well respected by everyone in Nome, which I adore Love.gif

He moved like a robot...??? o_o I thought he moved just like a real dog. As did all the chars. The animation isn't at all perfect. But neither's the 1st's!

Lol, No - He didn't move like a robot. I was just being "mean". ^^

But yeah, this is too hard. Balto 3 wasn't too bad, but I just found it alittle boring. Aleu just ruined Balto, mainly - But yeah. I don't know what to say. xD

Awww poor BWD *hugglez*

Heh. I didn't find Wings of Change at all boring. To me - it had such a wonderful feeling to it. It felt weirdly so much like the first Love.gif

I prefer Wolf Quest. I didn't like Wings of Change, I thought Kodi was selfish and a little brat. I just didn't like the story.
