What rules are we breaking? I don't really remember reading we can't have animated avatars and siggys. And may I suggest you clarify your wording? I had to reread it to get what it was you were saying. *smiles wryly* (By the way, how do I get a siggy? just wondering...)

Where did you hear we couldn't? I thought we could have what we wanted as long as it was clean. (Beleive me, I follow rules. I just never read it here on the site yet. Correct me if I'm wrong.)

Yes no animated(moving)avvies and siggies because it takes peoples attention off the text they are trying to read in the post.
Kelev-->You can request one here:

By the way you can see the rules here:

It also takes people with slower internet connections a long time to load images like these. Also, your signature must be horizontal and the total of the images used must have a size below 600*200. Finally, you're not allowed to put more than one signature.

No, your avatar is very mildly animated Only blinking eyes and stuff, so I don't really think anyone would get annoyed by it. Ones that are continuesly moving all the time or flashing, are very very annoying

Believe me, I'm not against ALL animated avatars or sigs, you can take Acanis's avatar as an example. The problem is that when you make a rule, you can't just make exceptions, because people could interpret things differently.
So, no avatar or animated sig please (unless I give a special permission)
Now, if you see people who don't respect this rule, you're free to report them to the mods. But us mods can't see everything, and many people change their avatars or sigs very often.
