But TikTac makes a good point: This has gone far enough, and even I'm gettig sick of the constant arguing over silly stuff. But I fear that this situation will continue . . . and she'll (TikTac) will probably never return to the forums again.

So, basically TikTac, your attitude is "everyone who has an issue with the gay fan fictions is an immature, bratty malcontent, and I'm the persecuted writer who's going to show you all by walking on out of here"?

I have seldom seen a more hypocritical approach to this problem. The only thing comparable would be the fan artists who removed their artwork after carrying on about how their art has been purloined, and how they've been "hurt" as artists and human beings (and how they raised an unholy ruckus about the poor quality of people becoming members, and that THEY were not getting enough "respect"...PFFT)...and yet, they stayed on as members. Another (slightly different) act of total hypocrisy.

Juuchan's right. You've made no grand statement. You're taking the easy way out. The immature way out. After the inroads you and I made in the other topic (mine), I have just lost any last shred of what I thought was a new and budding respect for you (for trying to take the high road). You just ran right into the ditch (of course, you helped my current view along by criticizing me directly again...whereas I have never pointed fingers DIRECTLY at you).

I don't care WHO takes offense to THIS: do any of you REALLY think anyone will care THAT much if you leave, after you've made such a gratuitous show of being a martyr? When I posted my topic "For What It's Worth", I certainly didn't carry on in such a way as to show everyone what they'll be missing by me being gone...or with the obvious attempt to fish for cries to stay. PFF. Only an egocentric person does that...

I am inclined to stand with Seppala on this one. TikTac, if you like the homosexual themes, take it else where. That goes for all of you. Not only because it disgusts certain people, but because this is a CHILDREN'S FORUM. Most children know nothing of sex, so don't teach them the wrong way. So if all of you that are posting such things decide to stop such immature act, we might have a nice, flowing, exciting forum.
