The NEW album is absolutley ******* insane everyone.. the Maiden boys have NEVER rocked harder than they do now.. "A Matter Of Life And Death" is absolutely insane and I've been a maiden fan since "Powerslave" and IMO this is the BEST record since "Number Of The Beast" UP THE IRONS!!!!!

If you haven't got the NEW record yet... you're seriously missing out bigtime dude.. because IMO (and I have listened to heavy metal for 18 years) it is the best maiden record since Powerslave and is my FAVORITE Maiden record of ALL TIME!

Dickinson's vocal's have never sounded better on a Maiden record in the past and the whole band (Especially Harris & Smith) sounds heavier than they ever have prior.. Fantastic stuff!

I've already got their new album whic was life after death YEAH!

would'nt be cool if the both grouped up, and I just bet that they will be the mighty rock gods of the whole mutha fricken worldah

I don't really think that's gonna happen anytime soon because of a little feud between sharon osbourne and bruce dickinson.. but if the 2 groups ever get over that it could VERY well work out!

BUUUTTTT! I lost a TON of respect for Sabbath after the whole ozzfest 05 egg tossing incident during Iron Maiden's set here in virginia because it caused Maiden to have to stop in the MIDDLE of their set and give Nicko time to clean up his icked up drum kit! so untill they show a little more maturity towards other Heavy Metal groups I REFUSE to listen to them!

The more the days go by

one little thing that I found a little annoying is on a few tracks on the new record is the fact that Dickinson was using a good bit of falsetto and didn't even bother to try and cover up this fact.. and he should obviously know it was stupid to not do so and I bet Harris was rasing hell about this after the record was in the final mixing stages.. END RANT...

I am the slackest of slack about Iron Maiden...I've only heard Dance of The Dead D:, which was pretty cool, but I've not heard much more...

I like Iron Maiden and I have a few songs by them. They're one of my faves. And as for your poll, I voted for Nicko (what were the odds huh?)

I wounder if Maiden is going to make another album?
