Okay this request is big and requires someone with great skill at website building, but the rewards are pretty high.

What I need is a very put together Brother Bear Site, not a forum, that part I have done, but I need a Brother Bear with all of the following.

1.Brother Bear Summary
2.Brother Bear Characters
3.Brother Bear Media
+Pictures
+Music
+Videos/Trailers
4.Brother Bear 2 Summary
5.Brother Bear 2 Characters
6.Brother Bear Media
+Pictures
+Music
+Videos/Trailers
7.Registration box (This means that they can register onto the main site, seperatly too the forum)
8. ShoutBox
9.Link section (too place other sites such as Balto Source for people too look through)
10. Fanfictions
11.Fan Art
12. Fan Videos

I know this is asking a huge amount, here are the things you will be rewarded with (I do not have a lot too give)

1.Full Credits for the Site
2.If you have your own forums or sites they will be added too the links sections
3.You will become an admin in the forum and get half the power over the forum
4. You can edit things in the site that you disagree with
5. I will create a Brother Bear, Kingdom Hearts, Balto, or Sonic X video for you.

You do know it costs money to make a website? Forums are free and some places like cabanova offer free websites though. But they aren't very good.
Im curious though, how does the title of this topic go with this request?

Websites do not cost money too make Page Breeze is a program where you can make websites for free. And I can think of a few places too host sites for free.

I would recommend http://members.freewebs.com. It's free and it has everything you'd need, albums, blogs, shout-boxes, etc. It'll soon have a community option, I think it might be sort of like Baltosource's. It also doesn't have any pop-up ads, just word ads. Also to make a site using freewebs, you don't have to know HTML, so you can type up the information. You should be able to upload media, fanarts, fanfics, trailers, etc yourself if you have them on your computer. But you might still need the media sent to you, and of course the fanart and fanfics. You can make the media if you have Brother Bear and Brother Bear 2 DVDs, a computer with a DVD drive, a DVD decoder installed in the computer, some sort of media player installed on your computer. Once you have inserted the DVD, go onto a media player and read the directions on things like taking screen captures (Also called screengrabs, screencaps, and screenshots.) I tried to a screenshot, but the computer I commonly mess with doesn't have a DVD decoder, but I plan on buying one.
But the point of a fansite is probably the sense of pride you get once you've made it and all the people complimenting you on your good job. I've never made a fansite, but I'm sure Steet is proud of his work on this amazing site, and I compliment him on that. Unintelligent people may compliment you instead of the guy who made all that stuff for you. And what is the sense of pride in that? None. I personally know that there is absoulutely no sense of pride in being complimented on something that you didn't do.
And wa-la! A long explanation why you shouldn't get someone else to do all that!

I just also want to point out that, if someone builds that for you, it wouldn't exactly be YOUR website.

Actually, I use tripod. And tripod is a wonderful place to get your website done. And its free. I know. I have always perfered it. :33
