Joker ~
When Mason slid off his back he growled deep at the other dogs when they got close to Adam. Adam ran his hand down Joker's back and patted his head. 'Easy' Adam said firmly to Joker. Getting his attention for a moment.

Villina 'squealed' with delight and ran around, the host of dogs running after her. They were all clumsy on their turns and so she evaded them by turning quickly, she was laughing and finally, she just stopped and lay down on the ground. They all stopped and licked her face.

Joker ~
He barked a heavy deep bark as a stranger with a hood passed by. Joker snarled deep as he grabbed some woman and snatched her close. Joker took off at full speed and jumped at the man, latching onto his arm. Adam bolted after Joker, grabbing him and prying his jaws off the man.

Villina laughed and lay there. Soon all of the dogs were all trying to lay on her, which didn't work very well. they couldn't all fit. She laughed and pushed them off, she couldn't breath. "Dog pile huh?" she asked as they tried to pile on her again.

Adam ~
He helped the man up as Joel held onto Joker. I'm sorry, he just doesn't like people with hoods. He said and rolled up the man's sleeve. He looked at the bite mark. Just a scratch. Doesn't look like he went in to deep. He said and looked at Joker.

Villina lay on the ground with the dogs, happy for the moment of peace and the warmth of the sun. She closed her eyes and dozed quietly, occasionally waking up to watch the clouds. Heat always put her to sleep when she wasn't doing anything.

Adam ~
He wanted to drive into town. He looked at Villina and saw she was asleep. He shrugged and drove into town, nightfall fell onto the earth and rain began pelting the truck and the roads.

Villina woke to Kathleen shaking her shoulder. "Get up lass, a storm's brewin." the older woman said. Villina got up and walked inside with Kathleen. She sat on the couch while Kathleen prepared a cup of tea for her.

Adam ~
Adam saw some woman in a phone booth. She was sitting there with a bruise or two on her arm. Adam pulled the truck over and walked over to her. Knocking on the window. She had a very short dress on. Adam looked at her as she reached over to him. Where do you live? He asked. The woman said, 'On the streets'. Adam shook his head, offering her his hand. Adam lifted her up, one arm behind her back and one arm in the bend of her legs. Adam put her in the truck, driving back home, heat turned on.

Villina watched the rain and honestly wished to go into it. She loved the rain. Kathleen insisted on her staying inside. "You'll catch a cold." the older lady insisted. Villina regretfully agreed to stay inside. She looked out the window.

Adam ~
He parked his truck and picked the girl up, carrying her, shielding her from the cold and the rain. Adam walked to the door hurrily and opened the door. Adam walked in, straight to the living room. He grabbed one of his bath robes and put it around the girl. He flopped into the chair.

VIllina looked up from her conversation with Kathleen. She got a cup of tea and handed it to the girl. She looked cold and hungry. She went into the kitchen to made a bowl of warm soup. She could only think to be kind.

Adam ~
He relaxed some and almost fell asleep on the chair. Thunder boomed through the sky, lighting it with streaks of blue and a flash of blue. Adam looked over at the girl. She was a little on the thicker side but not fat.

Villina boiled some food for herself and worked on the soup. It was a very flavorful chicken and rice soup and it was really good.. Everyone who tried it liked it. Even those who claimed they didn't like soup. It brought warmth to the bones when it was cold outside.

Adam ~
He looked over at her once more as she shivered slightly. Your name? He said and she didn't make any contact with him, 'Dana'. She said weakly. She worked on the streets, (If you know what I mean). Adam nodded. She looked like she was a little high but the rain probably washed it away from her.
