Katie smiled, looking at Goldie sweetly. She tossed her head, wanting the little pup to not be left out.

Goldie smiled, going over and laying down beside Cachen, curling up in a little ball.



Charlie blinked, looking down at his shoe. He grinned. "There's my girl!" he said, picking her up.

Katie nodded, smiling lightly. Kodi whispered in her ear, and she laughed. "Yes, but you're sisters gave it to him good." she said, still laughing. She coughed softly, still weak.

Tai's tail wagged, and she licked Rob's face softly.


Charlie smiled, petting her head. "You did so well...I'm so proud of you."

Katie breathed slowly. "I'm alright, baby...I'm just not fully better yet." she licked Cachen's forehead softly.

Tai nodded, leaning into the scratching behind her ears. She panted, tongue lolling out to the side.


Charlie grinned, scratching under Lena's chin. "My pretty girl, is there anything you want?"

Katie smiled and lay her head down into the soft cushion she had been laid on for over a week. "Not dreams, and not visions, my little one...a mix of both. My minds eye has seen much for the past few days..." she spoke with an old soul, as if she had lived for centuries. It's more or less the wolf within her, awakening after a 'domestication' of sorts had taken place.


Charlie smiled, taking Lena to a small room, where he filled a bowl with food, and set her and it on the floor. "There you go-you seem to like dogfood."

Tai barked happily, tail wagging as she began to eat, her tail curled and still wagging gratefully. Her taste was more attuned to dog food than red meat.

Katie chuckled, thinking she may have exhausted her son. She licked his forehead softly. "Then sleep, my little North Star...sleep with me."


Charlie smiled, filling another dish with water and setting it to the side.


Tai ate hungrily, she ate as she did when her Mother brought a kill home.

Goldie nodded softly, laying her head on her paws slowly.


Kodi smiled, laying his head on Katie's back softly. He licked her face tenderly, showing the utmost love and care with his mate.

"Kodi...?" Katie murmured, looking surprised. He had not been this affectionate since the split up.

"Sleep, love..." he whispered, nuzzling her softly.


Charlie smiled, taking the food bowl away. "I've always like a girl with an appetite." he joked, laughing softly.


Tai nuzzled Rob softly, looking up at him with innocent blue eyes. She let out an affectionate noise.

OOC: How should we finish this? I mean we're near the end, just wondering how to end it.

OOC: We could skip a few days to where Katie's better, and she and Kira meet halfway from their homes to see one another? Or even Steele watches...or something really dramamtic! I don't know, I'm a little hyper.
