"Let. Her. Go." Alfred repeated this time, gripping the kitchen knife tightly. Arthur had already dialed in 9-1-1, he held up his phone to let them see all he had to do was hit send

Vincent chuckled slowly, releasing his grip on Kat. Kat ran out of his grasp and ran to Alfred's side.
"No need to involve the police, you've got your girl, we'll be on out way" He said in a low voice. Kat shook frantically, hugging Alfred tightly and sobbing. They all went into the balck van and drove off.

Arthur flipped the phone shut before looking at Alfred and Kat and storming off. He hated her, just hated her, with a passion. Alfred watched his friend leave, and he took a step in his direction, before picking Kat up bridal style, and carrying her after Arthur.

Kat burried her face in Alfred's chest, hugely terrified.

Riley had just gotten home from a Mommy and Me session with Nic. He was bright eyes and blinking "Where is everyone?" Riley called, as she walked to put Nico down from a nap.

Arthur stomped Ito the house, immedianlty quieting when he saw Nic going down for a nap.
"I need to get te da** hurt bedroom ready.." He growled, jogging upstairs. Alfred set Kat down on the couch, watching Arthur rub upstairs. After a few moments the Brit came back down, and looked over at Kat.
"You can stay here tonight." Was all he said, before walking over to Riley and kissig her cheek, and then whispering something in her ear and going off to showed.

Kat only nodded, she didn't want to go outside, she was to afraid.

Riley smiled when she saw Arthur, but then saw Kat and her smile vanished. She looked at Arthur when he came up and kissed her cheek her eyes screaming What happened? when he whispered what happened in her ear she got very silent and looked at Kat, actually feeling pitie for the younger.

Arthur exited the bathroom with a towel wrapped around his waist, and one hung over his shoulder. He glanced at Riley, before smiling at her, and jogging upstairs once more. He had to admit, it felt odd being half-naked infront of one of his students, but he didn't care, Alfred and her were bound to get together at some point, which made them almost..related. He returned downstairs with a pair of plaid PJ pants on (they were red white and blue) and a thin white t-shirt half way on.

Kat looked at her hands for a while, tense with fear. Her breathing was shallow and she kept having to remind herself that the guys could't get her anymore. Kat almost had herself convined by the time Arthur had come back down again. She looked at him, and frowned "Thank you...for like saving me..." She murmered, looking around slowly from Alfred.

Riley walked over to Arthur and hugged him "How was your day?" She asked.

Arthur smiled.
"Listen Kather- Kat..I apologize for the way I spoke to you earlier. I really..really needed a drink." He explained, before kissing Riley back.
"Fine.." Alfred plopped down on the couch next to Kat, before frowing.
"I wanted to say sorry about how I ran off."

Kat nodded at Arthur, then shrugged at Alfred “It’s okay…I’ve been rejected in worse ways…” She said, her eye brows knit at the thought of all the people that hurt her.

"No!! I'm the hero! And I ran away! Hero's don't run away!" Alfred pouted, making Arthur laugh.

Kat just shrugged "Everyone hero has their kryptonite" she said cleverly.

Alfred huffed, folding his arms over his chest.
"But I dunno miiiiine!"

Kat smiled wryly “Most likely it’s Mr. Kirkland,” She leaned in towards Alfred “can you talk him out of giving me a pop quiz on Monday?” She asked, loud enough for everyone to hear.

Riley stiffened “She’s your student?” Riley asked Arthur.

Arthur nodded, before leaning over, and whispering in his wife's ear, "She the one who called me hot and tried to ask me out." He said. Alfred opened his mouth to ask Arthur, but the Brit glanced over and sighed.
"Not happening!" He teased. "Good lord do I get tired of you people calling me 'Mr. Kirkland." He huffed in annoyance.
