Russet began at a steady pace, and headed north.

Russet traveled for some time when he came upon a weak dog in the snow. He shivered as he realized it was no dog. It was Hunter, his only brother. Russet whimpered and nudged the cold body. "No...." Russet hung his head low, his tail between his legs.

Russet nudged the lifeless body once more and covered it with snow and a few wilting flowers. He turned around and pushed on.

Russet continued and headed west now.

OOC: Gotta go.

Russet looked behind him and panted, "I know it's a bit farther than we had to go yesterday, but we're almost there, I promise."

OOC: Sorry, grounded. Ugh.

Russet snorted the snow of his whiskers and shook his pelt dry. He told them softly and low, "We're here." He pointed to the grand valley in front of him with his muzzle and headed in that direction.

"Finding a new home, honey. Where we're safe." Russet answered.

He headed to an old friend of his and tensed when he heard a growl come deep from her chest.

OOC: Could you play her please?

"We've come for a new home, to be safe and not have to live in fear of rivals." Russet told his old friend, though she didn't remember him now.
