'I have such a feeling for a daughter, I just know it will be a girl'Aisling said moving her hand from Alex's cheek to her stomach.

'Can you hear her? I can just talk to her all day, I told her how beautiful you were, how good a dad you will be' Aisling got tearful 'I told her if I couldn't be here, I'll take good care of her'

'I can tell you what she's saying, she says she wants to meet you, and also that she wants to be like you' Aisling told Alex.

Lilly couldn't help but feel bad for Alex, a lot of female vampires could indeed talk or feel their children at this stage. She wished Alex could hear it to, Lilly could catch small words from a sweet sounding voice, but maybe Alex could never hear this voice till her birth.

'I told her so many things about you, wait listen, she's trying to speak to you' Aisling stayed silence for a small voice to enter Alex's mind, so very small but maybe he could hear it. "Father?" the voice asked "I can't wait to see you, mother says you wonderful, can you tell me about her? SHe never told me about herself"

The voice was no longer talking "Alex, I think I need a rest" She said

Aisling nodded and thanked him, laying down and going to sleep.

Lilly put a hand on his shoulder "Alex, did you hear the baby?" She asked

Lilly gave a grim look, turning away from Alex. "I see then" she said dryly
