[Balto, Complete] So wrong, but it feels so right [Part 1]

(Yeah, assuming you all didn't read the newest post under the announcement, I'll just repeat it here. Sorry I was gone for two more days, we had an issue with my younger sister. She swallowed a quarter the night before last and we had to take her to two different hospitals, get 3 x-rays done in all, spend the night at the second hospital and the doctors finally decided to retrieve the quarter at around 2 pm yesterday. She's fine and home with us again now, just groggy from the anesthesia. Again, sorry for my absence!)

She sighed again and nodded. "Yeah, I know, I know. As my father used to say, 'There are plenty more fish in the sea.' I'll be okay, I just need to think this all over and sort some things out in my head. And now I guess our main focus is to make sure Balto and Jenna don't find out about Slyth's and Saba's feelings toward each other until they're ready for the shock." Blitz thought about what she'd just said and realized that she'd still never really managed to meet the mysterious hybrid who'd saved the town, or the husky fae who'd become his mate. She chuckled, remembering Slyth had promised to introduce her to them sometime, since he was the only one who really knew about her 'condition'. "Speaking of which, I believe our love struck husky's forgotten to introduce me to them just yet."

Right now, Slyth was puzzling over the idea of how his parents might react to them being together. There was no telling how they would react. He was pretty sure they would be either angry, or ashamed. You have to admit, him and saba being in love was a bit wierd. I mean, she was his sister! How many brothers and sisters do you see on the streets, kissing? Very few, if any at all. "You know Saba, we can't let mom and dad find out about this. At least. . .not yet"

He shrugged and turned his head around. He thought he'd heard something. Like someone was sneaking up on them. Though he didn't see anyone, he now realized they were both exposed to an attack from anyone who might do so. "Maybe we should. . head back. Either catch up with Blitz or go home" Somehow, he knew Saba wasn't going to want to return home so soon. Going home ment they would have to act normal towards each other. [/b]

Saba sighed and loosened her eyes, she knew her parents would be upset, ashamed, opr, even worse...disspointed. Slyth WAS her borther and she WAS his sister, she sgihed again, dismisisng a thought out of her mind, she just opened her eyes andn odded to Slyth "You're right, bu,t I... I don't tihnk we should go home, just yet at least." just as well though, goign oihme sooenr would drive her mad to act nromal when she said the words she wanted Sltyh to hear for so logn ifnally came out.

"Come on STorm come inside" earged Blaze, storm gave no reply and Blaze sighed and lay back in th bolier room, storm had been acting like this ever since he saw Dart in the hospital room, he closed his eyes thinking hard, whatwas happening? It was just one big blur too him.

Slyth nodded. Of course.

His parents were probably wondering where they were by now anyway. Sooner or later, they would have to go home, but not necessarily now. They were alone. No one was around. . .getting an idea, Slyth glanced around looking for any intruding eyes. After looking an entire 360 degrees around them, he turned back towards Saba.
Bending his head down, he put his head underneath her chin and lifted it slightly. Him being taller than Saba, he had to look down slightly to alline their muzzles up.

Once he'd done this, he got ready to do something he'd wanted to do for so long. Bending downwards, He pressed his nose to hers. Giving her, a doggy kiss. By now, he knew he was blushing, but he knew Saba was to. The skin beneath her fur had turned a light shade of red. Rubbing his nose against hers, he felt the slick nose of Sabas' slide over his own.
As crazy as it seemed, and not knowing why, Slyth suddenly pictured Saba being Blitz. He tried not to show any reaction to it, but his ears did snap up once Saba had suddenly resembled Blitz.

Max looked at Blitz "you never met my father i thought Slyth would have showed you by now, well i could show you him if you want i'm sure he wont mind" then smiled "he's the only part wolf i know and he said before that it caused him bad luck sometimes but i think being a part wolf would be cool..............nevermind sorry for going off like that "then looked back "well anyway just tell me when and i'll introduce you to him but for right now maybe we should head back we shouldnt walk to far away...unless you dont want to"

Saba, feeling her head come up and feeling Slyth's nose against hers rubbing against hers, she did blush deeply, but, she had noticed his ears, her red face became white again, she knew, she had almost a 6th sense for this, she closed her eyes.

Slyth pulled his nose from Saba's, seeing her frown. He wasn't sure why she was frowning, and wanted to know what was wrong. Giving her a kiss, you'd think frowning would be the last thing Saba would do. After liking him for so long, he hadn't expected a frown. But they had touched noses before. As brother and sisters. So maybe this wasn't that special.

Looking down at her, Slyth opened his mouth and said; "Saba?"
But he was making a mental note right then as well. Ive got to remember to talk to Blitz next time i see her. Ive got to find out how she felt about me. We're we going somewhere. . .or was it just a close frindship?

Saba jolted and opened her eyes, shaking her head free of her daze she looked at Slyth "Oh, I'm okay Slyth." she said. She felt osmething beat her in the back of her head 'Idiot! You're not okay!' she shook her head again from the thought. She did, however, refreain orm eye conttact wiht her brother.

Angel slowly wlaked towards storm, she sighed and wlaked closer.

Slyth looked Saba over. She looked okay, apart from the self inflicted injury in her throat. Why wont she look at me? She was looking down at her own paws at the moment but he could still see that frown on her muzzle. He bent down and looked up at her. "You okay Saba? Something seems to be bothering you"

While he could probably guess what was bugging her, he wanted her to say it so he could be sure. He knew she had tried to kill herself so that he would be happy with Blitz. But he wasn't even sure he really loved her. As friends that was for certain but as. . .something else. He didn't know. Saba, he knew for sure he was in love with. Why else would he have those fantasies. . .dreams. . .

Saba almost cried, looking at Slyth but, closed her eyes, nothing but the darkness of her eyelids. She sighed "I knwo who you were thinking aobut slyth, I knwo you like her a lot. I think you might really love her. I don't want to really keep you away from her if you love her. But, I don'tr know, but, I've had dreams, fantasies, daydreams, about... you...and me... together, happy. I enjoyed the kiss you gave me but I saw your ears Slyth. you werep icturing someone else, I knew it was Blitz, I knew it." she seemed almost suicidal again, she moved her paw, wiht her dried blood up almost, just almost halfway. But, lowered it slowly [i]'I know he loves Blitz, and I'm not the jealous type, instead of trying ot harm her, I'd hamr myself from becoming overwhemled wiht jealousy.'

Slyth put a paw on hers as she raised it partially to her throat. Closing his eyes and bowing his head, he sighed. "I know Saba, im a little confused about this whole thing right now. I know i love you but im not sure how i feel about Blitz. I can't tell if we were becoming more than friends or maybe i was just imagining them"

He pressed his head to hers and left it there. Just breathing in and out as he and her sat there. "Im sorry if I seem to like her more than you, but maybe we can work this to a good use. Blitz can be our cover. If he begins to suspect anything, i can just say it was with Blitz. . ." he frowned though. "ill have to check with Blitz on that one. But i can't say I really do like her until i figure it out"
Maybe it was a bit odd that he was talking about Blitz, while with Saba.

Saba sighed, opening her eyes, looking down as she saw her paw beign pressed ot the ground. She just sat there wiht him, she placed a paw on his, just tihnking, absent mindedly, about his words, about, everything. It would be a good cover but, Blitz might get hurt on the deal. She didn't want her OR Slyth unhappy or upset.
