I don't like that the artist used "pure black", or very close to it, to color the character. Graphic, drawing, render, or whatever, using pure black (and pure white, for that matter) should generally ALWAYS be avoided in coloring characters...in black's case, like here, it just makes it very hard to see the actual artwork and all that can be seen is a silhouette, and a fuzzy one at that because of the black blur outline used on this one. Use tints with black or white instead.

Other than that, though, well made. ;)

I don't like those neon colours and black is too dark. Black outline looks bad behind black character. Too much contrast. I can't clearly see the character. Maybe it's a good drawing, but it's colored too badly.
