Rollie escorted Nika out to the porch. It was quite the peaceful starry night all but the typical city noises of cars wizzing by and the endless hum of people talking, "Beautiful night, huh?"

Nika walked forward and jumped onto the porch swing "Yeah, it is." She said, but she didn't really care for the starry night, only that he was there.

Rollie stood on the porch leaning on the bannister starring out into the open.

Nika nuzzled Rollie's chest lovingly, then resting her head on it."Oh Rollie, it feels as if nothing could go wrong." Her voice was sweet and soft like always.

Rollie gazed into Nika's beautiful eyes, "Yeah... Nothing" he said smiling at the beautiful pup.

"Straight out, or right in?" Zak asked, taking careful aim. The gun was very still...
Zero sat on the floor in Itchy's room, humming a song. His owner had played it all the time...

"Just shoot the flipping gun," Charlie ordered flailing his arms in the air.
Itchy's ears perked up at the slight hum, "What ya humming to?" Itchy asked recognizing the toon but could not think of the name of it.
Rollie smiled at Nika leaning back and putting his arm around his neck then leaned on her shooulder a little.

"When I used to be a house dog my owner played it all the time. Favorite song I think."
"Oh fine Charlie if it'll make you shut up." He gave the gun one more twirl, steadied, and fired, making a huge bang.

Charlie flinched a little not expecting him to actually pull the trigger, "Wow, you pulled the trigger," Charlie exclaimed trying to get the endless ring out of his ears.
"What was that?" Itchy asked hearing the loud bang as well.
Rollie immediatley lifter his head off of Nika's shoulder, and looked over the bannister to see what could have made that loud noise, "Sounded like a gun shot."

"Yeah, you told me to." Zak said, shrugging.
Zero stopped humming and twitched his ear. "Weird... Wonder what happened?"

"You got guts kid," Charlie said slapping Zak on the back, "Now put the gun away and look innocent."
"I think it was a gun."

Zak shrugged again, then tucked the gun away in his collar behind some fur.
"Where'd it come from?"

Itchy shrugged his shoulders getting up and walking over to a window opening it to see what was going on. "It is almost nothing happened out there they are all acting so casual."

Nika sighed "I check it out." She opened the door and looked in, a little dust from where Zak had shot was still coming slowly down."Do you mind not shooting down this place?" She barked into the building before going back outside."Hey I'm going to get Mishka and Lucky, do you mind keeping a look out?" She asked Rollie.
