9/10 He's pretty good, although I wonder where he gets the brown and black from? Since he's an arctic wolf? o_O And I think it's kinda sad that he refuses to go with his parents XD But everything is pretty well made! Awesome job! ^^

7/10 Saba's story is alot like how my character Nickita, tries to help find JetJet's parents and i like her design and the history is ok not original though...

8/10 I love the design, but the history is very confusing. I also like the bit about Steele, but it wouldn't really make sense that she became mates with Steele who hates wolfdogs, yet she's a wolfdog.... Still. She's a pretty good character ^^

I can see you put thought into her, which deserves praise. ^^ Her design is a bit inharmonious though--I suggest referencing from her actual breed(s) if you haven't already, and avoid awkward/clashy markings and colors.
The story line doesn't jive well with me either. Lots of cliches. I saw something about 'shipped in a box' and 'fell deeply in love right away' to name a few. Don't get me wrong--there's some potential, despite it being a bit unrealistic. Maybe adding specifics would help, or simply adding a legitimate reason for the happenings in her story. Who shipped Kay and her siblings and why? What does the wolf pack have against her lover, if anything specific(they wouldn't just keep a half-dead dog for no reason, right?)? And, speaking of, why does she fall for her lover so instantaneously...a pup-hood friendship that had been forgotten? Is he overly kind, or good-looking and she sees only that?

I think I'm harping on this a little too much (sorryyy ^^'), but it's all constructive criticism. Her story doesn't need to be a book, but a little elaboration would really help it to become more interesting, likely, and relatable.

WOAH. That is one FRIGGIN' AWESOME character!! 10/10 I love all the hard work and effort that went into making him, and his personality, history, how he feels about his family, and everything is so well thought out it's hard to believe anyone can make a character that amazing ._.

It was good! And FINALLY, an army dog not in WWII! XD
The only thing is that you mentioned once he was a "hero of the town." This would be incorrect as he was the "hero of war".
But other than that, it was pretty good.
