Aleu groaned and stood up. "Hey can you help us? Our family is in trouble."
Max nodded. "They've got no respect for you, nether does your owner, so why do you give it to them?"
OOC: I always felt Frida was only obeying them out of fear, she doesn't really seem evil.
"Like we'd tell you." said Balto. "Who do you think we are?" he asked. "We're not jerks who'd betray their family."

Frida sighed. "If I don't, they'll most likely kill me. I'm the smallest of the thre."
"Don't make me come down there mutt!" Yasko growled at Balto. "And if you're so smart, How come you couldn't get out yourself?"

Ana's eyes sparkled and she cried tears of joy. She ran over and hugged her aunt. "Auntie Sonya! You're ok!" she cried.
"Why don't you just run away?" asked Max.
Balto quickly jumpped up and got face to face with Yasko. "Do I look scared?"

"Why? They don't seem to care about you." said Max.
Balto growled. "Why? Because you're two big bullies?" he asked, Mammoth kicked him between his hind legs and while pain shot through him, he clinched his teeth and remained standing, he was just buying time. "Who play dirty." he muttered.

Kodi crawled out of the trap and tackled Mammoth. "No one does that to my father," he said, biting into Mammoth's leg.

Aleu nodded and started running back to were the others were.
Balto shook off the pain and bit Yasko on the tailswinging him around into a bush. "Don't think becuase you're a fighting dog you're at an advantage." he said. "I've had a long difficult life as well."
Mammoth yowled and tried to bite Kodi.
"What if you had a spirit watching over you?" asked Max.

Yasko quickly got up and ran back to Balto, biting him on the muzzle.
Kodi moved out of the way of Mammoth's jaws while still holding on to his leg.
"A spirit?"Frida asked. "What does that mean?"

Balto growled and kicked Yasko then headbutted his lower jaw, causing him to bite his tongue, hard.
Mammoth growled and headbutted Kodi in the throat.
Max sighed. "I like you but..." he said, transforming to his true form. "I'm not mortal, I'm a spirit...if you change your ways, I'll promise to always watch over you."

Mammoth kicked out with both legs and hit Kodi in the groin hard enough to lift him off the ground.
Max changed into a number of animals. "I can do a great many things, plus I'm a mischief spirit, I can always help cheer you up."

Yasko yowled, but quickly whipped around and grabbed Balto's scruff in his teeth.
Kodi howled in pain as he landed on the ground.
Scout began to climb out the trap. It was harder for him, since he was older.
Canyon lept from the trap and jumped on Mammoth's back, biting into his shoulder.
"But could you protect me from them?" Frida asked.

Mammoth growled and bucked around, trying to dislodge the wolf, only for Aleu to leap on him and bite too.
Ana ran over the Kodi, seeing him get kicked. "Are you ok Kodi?" she asked. "That looked like it really hurt."
Balto growled and bit harder, then threw the dog into a tree. "I've fought a Grizzly before pal."
