"Julius, when you fall in love or have a connection with someone, won't you do crazy things with that dog or, in Delilah's case, wolf?"

Russet smiled. "You know, you're going to be an uncle, Julius. And as an uncle, I'm sure you'll lighten up, right?"

Russet chuckled. "You're taking this all pretty well. Did I miss something while I was asleep?"

Russet looked up at the sky. "The sun's getting high. As much as I hate to do it, we'll have to wake up Delilah."

"Halfway to noon, is what I'm guessing." Russet yelled as he came out of the mist.

OOC: Gotta go.

"It's alright. You need the extra rest." Russet smiled and licked Delilah's nose. He looked up at the sky and saw a raven circle above. "We should get going now. Noon is when it's hottest and the most tiring. We'll have to keep a steady pace if we want to make it to the next valley. There, we'll be safe for a few days until we can find someone trustworthy to guide us farther out."

Russet nodded and began slowly. He paused and remembered something. "Delilah, are you hungry? Julius?" he asked, turning to face Julius as he said the husky's name.

"Julius, do you want to go get breakfest, or would you rather stand gaurd?"
