Kathrin looked at Sam in disgust. "we will deal with you later." Kathrin turned towards Raven and Dante. "Now, why were you talking about the grand boss in an insulting way?" she *****.

Raven Suddenly noticed a change in fears eyes He lunged forward "NO!" He yelped springing forward, a blinding flash of light seemed to hit him and he staggered back coughing blood

Sam let out a massive burst of ice at Katrin and Fear, flinging them backwards. She rushed infront of Dante and the stumbling Raven.

Katrin edged forward, blood pouring from a wound above her eye.

Every time Katrin or Fear took a step she shot another powerful shot of ice at them. "No one hurts my family!" she shouted letting out and extra strong burst of ice.

Fear growled, A flash ofpurple ligt flickering around him and Katrin

A forcefeild realisecd Dante.

Raven oughed mor eblood onto teh ground alomg with a white liquid

Dante gasped in realistation "UNDO IT" he yelled at Fear

Sam sent Flashes of ice getting stronger and stronger. She glanced at Raven and saw how bad he was getting and the pain in Dantes face. Withdrawing all the rest of her energy, she let out a final extremily strong gust of ice. It was so quick it made the trees leaves and branches move. The thickness was aout the size of a reasonable sized tree trunk. She didn't have time to see whether it had any effect on them. She laid down next to Raven, panting and feeling extremilly tired.

Kathrins eyes opened wide with surprise and fright at the ice coming towards her. She had never inall of her life seen something as powerful and strange and unique as the ice coming towards her. She backed down, scarede of what it would do to the shield.

Even Fear seemed to notice something waas up, He Sprung flat do the ground, His farcefeild becoming smaller and more intense.

Dante stayed staring at his brother, His tail had become limp and his breathing was shaky, Every so often he cough up more blood.

Sam whimpered. "Dante, there getting weaker. Fire some fire at them or some thing. I haven't got any more strength. I'll watch over Raven, you do your part in trying to save him. I don't really like him and i've tried." She nudged him wit her nose.

Dante turnred round a shot fir at them, The force feild suddenly bursting

Fear raced off

Sam crawled over to where Raven lay, nudging him and stroking her head against his shoulder. "Thank you. Thank you so much. I dont know what i would have done if that had hit Dante. Turns out even the most evil have a slight of good in them. Well, apart from fear and thorn. I dont think you were cut out for that bad thing. Only the bad at heart can become true bad people. You have a good heart, and though it was slightly piosened, it seems to be getting better." she whispered to him. She carried on stroking her head against Ravens shoulder. She galnced up at Dante. "What are you waiting for?" she asked him.

Kathrin raced after Fear as soon as he began to run.

Dante Looked up at the skye "Rain" he said simply

Raven laughe dpainfully, Its soon turning into a hard cough "Always the optimist Bro"

Sam glared at Dante. She could tell he was hurting but why did he always have to hide it. Sam transformed into her human self, curling into a ball next to Raven. She stroked his back never taking her eyes off Ravens face.

RaveLayed his head on teh ground breathing shakily "Danny" he managed weakly

Dante looked back at him "You Rave?" he said

Raven didnt open his eyes "Be careful" he said

Dante looked at him and his eyes flickered with understanding "I will" he promised and charged off into the forest

Sam looked between Raven and the retreating Dante. "HUh? Danny?" she said, confused.

Raven smiled weakly "Wen we were pups" he said "He couldnt pronounce Dante,So we all called him Danny"

Sam giggled. She was going to tease him about that later for sure. "You ok?" she asked.
