OOC: I'd say they're need to be in their final evolutions. And just for the record, in the actual games, Typlosion and Meganium are unable to reproduce but I normally ignore that. You do of course know we can only allude to that, if we just do that, then I'm fine with it. I'm guessing to pokemon, mating for life would be the equal to marriage.

Froslass went to a Dungeon called Storm Spire, at its peak was the sumbering Zapdos. She snuck up on the Legendary Bird in its nest and stuck one of the 'Dark Balls' onto the back of its neck. The bird rose with a thundering screech, eyes glowing red as Froslass vanished and a thunderstorm whipped up.
