That was me. I deleted the topic because it was really old, and I asked people not to bring up old topics. And one of the things Steet said that Cleaners could do was delete old topics.

I don't see the point in deleting all the old topics. It's basically taking away the boards past of what the old members which had taken time in their personal life to post and share with the rest of us here, and some of it were useful information. By deleteing the old spam, locked ones is one thing but deleting the ones with useful info in like that one of Ac's is another thing.

But steet said, spam and useless topics, and posts to delete not ones that had useful info like Ac's did about backgrounds of the orginal film.

It was a mistake Loz, and I won't make it again. I just saw that it was about a year old topic, so I deleted it. I was only doing my duty.

I actually feel really offended by what has just happened here, steet.

Since you are the Administrator, and you choose the rules, I though at least you should respect them, shouldn't you? For long time, the rule has been "DO NOT ASK FOR BEING A MODERATOR". I've heard you lamenting often for all the requests for being a mod you received. I though it was for good reasons, I though that when you choose a mod, you look for good ones, not to just make happy people like it's happening here, because, ok, you think this site needs more mods, but if it worked well with 3 mods until yesterday, I don't see how it can need 50 mods now. And I actually feel not very sure about your way to choose them, since now a person says you "I'd like to be mod, I would be a great one" and suddenly he/she is a new mod. I am just a member, I don't care to be a mod, what I want is that who is a mod makes this place work well. Quite ironical, since you have neither the time to teach them their work. Result? Everyone can interpretate your rules, and so topics which was open until yesterday, now are closed. And if you made more mods because we are so unruly, I'm surprised of many people are in your list. With all these mods this place is going to be a lager... Do you know that if some sections non-Balto related disappeared, the posts of many people would rapidly decrese and this would be finally a Balto forum, not like now, where many people just post in the "Other section" and in other off-topic sections. And do we need more mods because more people could send useless topic that nothing they have to do with Balto?

I'm sorry if I have been rude in some parts, but I couldn't tollerate this situation anymore.
