I don't know what ignorent people would vote "dance for joy". I take that as immature. I would just howl in sorrow, as I'm sure a lot of others would. Balto is a great character, but I wouldn't be mad at anyone really, his time on earth has to end sooner or later. He won't be dead exactly. He will live forever in out hearts and in Heaven.
God bless you, Balto.

I'd sue universal for killing off the best wolfdog in the world!!!! I'm glad they made sequels because at the end of the first film it leaves you (or atleast me) feeling like the cartoon dog died :( . So I'm happy that they made sequels. :)

You guys do know that you can't actually sue a company for killing off their own character, right?

I am with you guys! I would get seriously angry with whoever the heck came up with the idea to make Balto die! I would be protesting with you!

p.s Owned By A Golden Retreiver! HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT YOU WOULD SMILE IF BALTO DIED??

Plus: I know a lot of people are saying that its no big deal cuz its just a cartoon but its actually a BIG deal cuz the REAL Balto probably already died dince the stuff that happened happened around 1925. A dog cant live more than 20 human years, but the balto movies are important cuz they keep the spirit of Balto alive. and if they make him die in the film whenever we watch the earlier movies, we will remember that he is going to die soon in another film. I know it sounds untrue, but trust me. I know this for a fact. :(

Because it is a cartoon dog whom I have no compassion for. It has no feelings, no emotions, and I therefore feel no need to grieve its "death".

Bite the director's head off for making such a stupid plot point (killing off the main character for no real reason at all is lame). Then again they wouldn't do that because that's too "strong" for a "kiddie's cartoon".
