Kurt smiled proudly and said grace, before they all began serving the food.

Rochelle sat where she was, every now and then adding her comments to whatever everyone else was talking about, though she mostly kept quiet and listened.

After dinner Kurt gave Eureka a necklace and a dress (he'd designed it himself, being a famous designer). Shane sat quietly on the couch beside Rochelle, watching everyone with a small smile.

"What a coincidence, huh?" Rochelle said with a chuckle to Shane. "That we 'met' earlier today and both ended up coming over here."

"Yeah..it's a sign!" Shane said jokingly, chuckling quietly as he watched Eureka marvel over the dress.

Rochelle laughed and just looked back over at her parents.

Soon enough it was time to go, and Kurt gave Rochelle a big hug.
"It was great seein' you again Roxhelle.." He said. Shane shook Kurt's hand and gave Eureka a light hug, before slinking outside to look at the stars.

"Bye daddy," Rochelle chimed, "Bye mom." she hugged her mother too. "And happy anniversary!" she said again before going out the door, pulling her keys out from her pocket.

Shane leaned against his car, gazing up at the sky. The moon shine bright, illuminating him from the dark night.

Rochelle went to her car, which was parked by the street, and unlocked it. She glanced over at Shane and half-smiled at the way he looked in the moon's light. She watched him for a minute and then opened her car door, climbing in.

Shane looked over at Rochelle, stared a moment, then grinned, before clinging into his car.

Rochelle took the long way home, just to take the drive in relaxation while she listened to the radio. When she got home she locked her door and put her keys and phone on the coffee table and lay down on the couch.

((uhh..time skip? :3))

It was a few weeks after the party when Shane saw Rochelle again. He was at the YMCA on a Saturday afternoon, in a thin white tank top and boxing gloves. He'd learned how to fight when he was younger, but did it now as a stress reliever.

Rochelle had come to the YMCA that afternoon with her notebook and pen in hand, writing down any thought that came to mind. She carried her notebook where ever she went, claiming inspiration can hit from anywhere.

Shane spotted Rochelle and grabbed a towel, before jogging up to her.
"Hey, 'Chelle. Didnt expect to see you here." He said, pulling off the gloves with a grin, his hazel eyes gleaming.
