Kat stayed up in that tree for hours on end. She didn't want to come down and face reality, because her life sucked. Kat sighed heavily and began climbing down, Bo's Arcade in mind.

Alfred frowned, and the two decided to just stay indoors. They watched a movie.

Kat walked intoa big guy, who glared at her. She fished around and shoved 10 dollers in his face and went inside.

Arthur had fallen asleep again, only because he'd gotten so bored. He leaned on Alfred who had his gaze steadily on the TV,

Kat walked down to the pool hall and started taking bets. It was a bad habit's of her's, but she didn't care.

Alfred stood, and walked into the kitchen, making a cup of coffee before coming back into the living roomto find Arthur awake.

Kat yelped as the palm of a hand pinned her to the wall.
"Listen you little b****, I need money!" A man with blood shot eyes demanded. Kat gulped and shrugged out of his grasp.
"I-I don't have any..." She said in a low voice before ducking out of the place.

Alfred smiled warmly and sat down.
"Heyy~!" He greeted the drowsy Brit, who yawned.
"H'ello."

Kat walked home slowly to the orphanage. Her head ducked low, tears streaming down her face.

"What..time is it?" Arthur asked, blinking confusedly when Alfred put his arm around him.
"Almost dinner time, 'bro." Alfred answered, standing again. "Wants some Mc Donalds?"
"I suppose that'll be alright.." Arthur said, writing down what he wanted. "Just get me this." He said, and Alfred nodded, jogging down the street to Mc Donalds.

When Kat got home she got a firm scolding from her gardian, but the tears in her eyes made them go easy on her. They assumed the tears were from guilt, but really, she just felt lousey. She stumbled to her bed and crashed down on it. Her face burried into the cool pellow, she aloud herself to slowly cry. Why had she acted that way? Why did she always push people away? Why couldn't she just let Alfred in and accept his apology? Why couldn't she admit that it hurt her that he'd kiss Arthur and not her? Kat didn't know the answer to any of these qestions, she just knew that she didn't want to be alive anymore.

Kat didn't want to deal with the pain and agony that came with life. She wanted to end it here and now. She truly did want to die, to never wake up. Her sheets felt so good laced around her back, and she was so warm. Kat didn't want to see Alfred, she never wanted to see him ever again.

After dinner both boys went to bed early, just to get the day over with. Alfred got up early sunday morning, sending texts to Kat.

Kat woke up with a sickening feel, she ran straight to the bathroom and went to go puke. When she returned to her bed she noticed a wet sain on her pillow where her tears had soaked it. She was crying in her sleep, her want for food was gone. It was just like when her parents had first been killed, she didn't have anything, and she didn't want anyone. Kat walked over to her desk and found her phone loaded with messages from Alfred. She was tempted to send him back a venom laced message, but decided against it.
We need to talk. M' sorry for my bad behavior yesterday...meet me...dunno' uh...m' not hungry so no MCD 4 me...Meet at the skate park

Alfred perked when his phone buzzed.
"HOMYGOD! Iggy she actually texted me back!" He cried excitedly. "Ive gotta meet her at the skate park, wanna come?" Arthur shook his head.
"No, I think I'd make matters worse.." he said with a sigh. Alfred shrugged and dashes out the door.

He sat eagerly at the skate park.

Kat walked to the skate park in a finiky prance. As much as she didn't want to see Alfred, she missed him. He did hurt her, and she wasn't ready to forgive him, but she still wanted to see him.

When she arrived she was him sitting there, looking like the sad puppy he always looked like. She was tempted to go, run to him and crush him with a hug. But she didn't, that's reveal too much. So instead she casually walked next to him and sat.
"Hi." She muttered, sitting cross-legged and looked at her feet.
