I chuckled and ran a hand through my hair, I poured myself a cup of coffee and sipped it gratefully. I joined them at the table they were sitting at and sat pretzle legged on the chair "So, things to do today...How bout' we go climb Mount. Everest" I joked, looking at my lightly colored coffee and yawning, agian. I took another long sip and set the cup down, looking at them eagerly.

Alfred laughed, drinking some more of his own coffee.
"Hah, well, I think Mount Everest is I Asia soo... No sorry," Arthur chuckles. "But Iggy'd like to take you out for a drink, since that's what he does to his friends..?" Alfred guessed causing Arthur to nearly choke on the tea he was drinking.
"Oh god, I was just asking you make it sound like I want to do it or something!" Arthur stuttered, causing the American to laugh even more.

I laughed and nodded "Yeah, i'll go, it's been a while since I've gone out for a drink" I looked down at my coffee and sipped the rest of it gone. I got up from the chair and put the cup in the sink for me to wash later...maybe.

A few hours later.

I sat cross-legged on the couch, watching some british T.V. and waiting for Arthur to come down from whatever he was doing and let us go.

Alfred sighed, and Arthur stood.
"Sounds like a plan." The Brit said with a wink.

A few hours later...

Alfred had left the house to go shopping, get dinner then call his friends to talk to them. Arthur trotted down the stairs quietly, watching the tv.
"So..you like soap operas?" He asked curiously, shutting off the tv and smirking as he grabbed the keys to his car.

I smirked "Is that what that was? I thought it was the news" My smirk grew into a grin and I walked outside to the car tonight should be fun... I though pleasantly. I knew i'd have to watch out for how much I drank, and I assumed we'd be taking and taxi home because I wasn't planning on being the designated driver, and I was pretty sure Arthur didn't either. I got in the car and watched as Arthur did also "Know any good bars?" I asked, looking at my finger nails, trying to act as if I didn't care. But I did. Arthur was all mine tonight. No Alfred, no akward choices, no realy compitition, yes, Arthur was mine.

Arthur chuckled quietly, thrumming his fingers on the wheel as he began to drive down the road.
"A few, I'll take ya to my favorite." He said quietly, feeling his face heat up. He drove them in silence the rest of the way, Parking in the large parking lot of a large pub. Arthur took Riley's hand, and led her in, immediately taking her to the bar and sitting down. They ordered their drinks, and so it began.

Hours later...

Arthur fumbled with the keys as he waved goodbye to the cab driver, until he finally got the door open. He laughed crazily, when he finally opened the door, slinging and arm around Riley's waist and pullin her close to him. He shut the door and led her upstairs, not letting go of her hand.

The whole night was a blur. The alcohol in my system made me act out more and shout instead of talk. The idea of going back to the bedroom happened when we were ranting about for awesome making out was. That's when I had grabbed Arthur by the collar of his shirt and kissed him. At first Arthur didn't respond and I pulled back "Ten bukks sayz that I can make you kiss meh bakk!" I remembered slurring, but before Arthur could protest my lips were crushing his, and I believe that I had won. We'd taken a cab back to the house, Alfred far from my thoughts. I looked back at the cab driver, my head light and spinning "BYE SANY!" I meant Sandy and I'm pretty sure that the cab driver we had wasn't Sandy but I was too drunk and too happy to care. That's when things started turning into the worst mistake of my life. Our intentions were wrong, we were too drunk to really understand our feelings towards each other and what might of come from what we were about to do. But there I was, walking into Arthur's room and tugging his shirt off while he did the same. Fades to black...

Morning...

I woke up with a screaming headache. I didn't need to open my eyes to know how bad it was. I groaned and rolled over but bumped into someone next to me. I still didn't want to open my eyes, for fear of the sharp, cutting light on my pupils, and who I might see next to me. The body next to me was warm and snoring ever so quietly, and he smelled of Arthur. I groaned, the memories of last night vaugly rushing to me. That's when I opened my eyes. I blinked in regret of last night and looked at the sleeping Arthur. "Crap! Arthur wake up! D*mmit! Alfred's gonna be so pissed!" I said, my voice in a loud whisper as I gently pushed his collar bone back. I shook him lightly and felt a sudden wave of regre wash over me Cr*p what have I done...Cr*p! What'll Arthur do? Oh God, oh sweet God! What'll Alfred d? Does he know? Oh God...Oh God... I though, feeling a wave of emotion ake over.

The previous night was all a blur. Arthur awoke when his body trembled, and he rolled over, immediantly feeling a wave of pain and nausea. He gripped his head in his hands, ans groaned until he felt himself bump into someone.
"Riley...oh god..oh sh** oh..." he whispered. What would he say to Alfred, what did he do to poor Riley?!
"Riley I am so sorry...god I'm never drinking again, never ever ever... Never ever ever ever." he whimpered, putting his face in his hands. He reached on the floor on got on some clothes, then stood up, trying to ignore the pain. He stammered into his room and crashed on the bed with a huff. He sighed and chained clothes, grabbing a bottle of water and gulping it down quickly. He stood once again, and then sneezed, making himself fall once more. He sighed, chuckling a bit, and stood a third time, walking slowly downstairs to see Alfred stairing at Shay. Neither of them blinked, until Alfred finally did, ad he laughed.
"Ah you win again Shay!" he squealed like a kid when the big dog jumped onto his lap. Arthur rolled his eyes, an plopped down at the table. Alfred perked, greeting his friend with a smile.
"Dude you slept like the longest ever this time!" Alfred said, his glasses making a glad over his eyes.

I stayed in bed when Arthur went down, what had I done? I gripped the sheet close to my chest and licked my lips, blankly analyzing the situation. It was hard though, my head pounded and spinned, I couldn't think all that well right now. I agreed with Arthur, I was never going to drink...Never ever agian. A cold shivered crawled up my spine and made me jolt. The shock of everything finally settling in. At that piont i'd decided that pretending it never happened might be an issue, what if Alfred knew? Oh God, what if Arthur told him. I shook my head slowly and felt a guilt, like a thousand pounds, settle in my chest. I was eventually forced to get up, and in doing so I caused my head to spin even more. I groaned and rubbed my eyes then looked around the room. I sort of wanted to put one ofArthur's shrits on, mine were all in the other room. Agianst my better judgment I ended up pulling a red shirt of Arthur's over my head and some jeans of his that were slightly to baggy for my liking. I hesitently went down stairs, more catiouse than ever.

Arthur simply smiled faintly and nodded.
"Y-yes well...We had, more than one drink too many..." He said cautiously, reading no knowledge of what had happend last night in Alfred's expression. He glanced at Riley then sighed, pulling a bottle of water of of the refridgerator. He dranki it down, before moving to the teapot and begining to make his tea.
"So, what do you guys wanna do today?" Alfred asked, and Arthur winced.
"God, not so loud you git." He growled. Arthur walked over to a cabinet, and opened it up, removing some pain medication from inside, and taking a few of the small capsules. Shay had trotted over to Riley, and sat down to stare at her. The mutt wagged her tail happily, her tounge lolling out the side or her mouth.

I assumed Arthur hadn't said anything, so I didn't either. I winced at Alfred's loud tone and looked down at the dog infront of me. I wasnted to go get coffee and ignore the mutt but he was directly in my way. My hands shook as I reached for his long fur and patted him. The dog pushed his muzzle into my hand and yipped happily, I winced as he barked and jumped a little. Why was I so skittish around dogs? I sighed and went to go pour myself a cup of coffee then went to the table and sat next to Alfred. The warm coffee felt good as it ran down my throat and heated up my dry mouth. I licked my lips and set the coffee down "Arthur," I cringed slightly at saying his name "could you toss my two Asprine, my head is killing me" I whimpered, putting my face in my hands. A few tears escaped my eyes, how was I going to convince Alfred that last night was fine when I was in tears? I stiffened and wiped my eyes, my head still hurting.

Alfred nodded and his smile vanished when he saw Riley's tears.
"Riley, are you okay? What-what happened last night? Did something..happen?" Alfred asked, touching her shoulder lightly, handing her the aspirin. Arthur just stared blankly at his tea cup on the table, attempting to gulp down the lump that had formed in his throat. Alfred glanced at Arthur, seeing how he'd gone rigid.
"Arthur. Riley. What happened? Dudes, you can tell me anything!" Alfred whined, frowning, looking expectantly at Riley.

I felt a lump bunch in my stomach and I sobbed to let it out "Nothing happened..." I lied, my voice cracking. I tried to stop my tears, but my guilt was too great. They kept coming, I wanted to stop them so bad it hurt. I didn't want to tell Alfred what had happened, I really didn', but I knew Arthur would only snap with Alfred asked. I stiffened and brought my gaze to Alfred's crystal blue eys "We...Made a bad choice...A few things happened and I woke up next to Arthur..." I let a sob pass by agian, though I tried to stop it.

Alfred's world crashed. He sat, frozen, staring at Riley. His glasses nearly fell off, but he pushed them back on.
"Alfred, im so sor-" Arthur began, setting his hand on Alfred's shoulder, before Alfred stood up abruptly.
"Dont. Touch. Me." The american barked, tears rolling down his face. Arthur's lip quivered, and he pulled his hand back as Alfred ran upstairs, slamming his door shut. Arthur sniffeled, looking down at his tea again.
"Da**it..Riley," He said, sniffling. Why did all the bad things have to happen to me? Arthur thought sadly. Will..Alfred ever forgive me?

I sat frozen at what had just happened and sniffled "I'm sorry!" I yelled, feeling my face turn red when Arthur cursed at me "It would be unfair to lie to him!" I yelled agian. That's when I snapped, I ran for the door, much like I had done 2 nights ago. I slammed it behind me and started running. Running always cleared my head, but now I was running away. My ebony black hair whipping behind me, my chest heaving. I kept running, my feet not touching the ground, I was flying. This wasn't real! I kept telling my self, it was just a dream! But it wasn't. I'd broken Alfred's heart, his tears were my fault. Now I hated myself.
