"I'm the Avatar's daughter," Setsuko admitted. "There's still a few rebellious members of the Fire Nation who want to kill my father. I've been kidnapped before as bait for him, and so have some of my other siblings."

"Oh. I've been kidnapped....well, too many times to count, sadly. I'm sort of used to it, honestly. There are these evil scientists that we call whitecoats...they send a bunch of things after us. Sometimes they actually want to kill us, but most of the time they just want to experiment," Rue said. "Personally, I like it when they want to kill us more," she added softly, her brown gaze taking on a distant, haunted look.

Setsuko stared, confused, just barely catching Rue's last comment. "Eh? Why would you prefer it when they try to kill you? If it's just a kidnapping, you can at least put up a good fight!"

"I put up a fight either way. And trust me when I say this, but there are things worse than death. Going where I end up when I'm kidnapped is one of them," Rue said darkly.

Setsuko suddenly felt a bit stupid. Of course she would have put up a fight either way! Why would she suggest another way?
Setsuko was about to reply with a bitter snap in her defense, but she bit it back. What use would it be, really?

"Whatever."

A moment's silence ensued before Rue finally broke it. "I made you mad again, didn't I?" she asked with a sigh.

"N...no!" Setsuko snapped loudly, then realizing how that had sounded, she took a few flustered breaths. "Er...no. I guess I'm just...just tired." she admitted.

"I am too," Rue admitted. "We should go ahead and find a good place to sleep."

Setsuko sighed. "Y...yeah," she muttered. "I guess so." And with that, she began walking, keeping her eyes wide open in search of a good shelter. Jaci padded along behind her.

Rue followed, her enhanced eyes soon picking out what looked like it could be something. Walking closer, she found a small, battered cabin. "Hey, Setsuko! Over here!" she called.

Setsuko glanced up, surprised by Rue's sudden outburst. "What? What is it?" she exclaimed, running over. She followed Rue's gaze. Sure enough, there was an old battered cabin sitting in the middle of the forest. It was made of wood, old and probably rotting, and the one window it had was badly shattered. Setsuko was quite sure that the inside was filled with dust and cobwebs, and even from where she was she could catch its musky stench.

But still, a shelter was a shelter.

Rue ventured inside carefully, and stumbled upon a few blankets, dotted with holes and covered with dust. She draped them across her arm as she explored the small area further. There seemed to be nothing in it but a few spiders and a ton of dust, so she went ahead and picked out a spot to sleep in.

Setsuko walked in after Rue, observing the dark and dreary inside. Dust coated just about everything and, as she'd guessed, cobwebs were readily abundant. What dust did not find room on the floor or walls drifted thickly through the air, tickling at Setsuko's nose.

"Ah....ah...ahhhh....

CHOOOOOOO!"

Setsuko sneezed, her Airbending ability subconsciously making the exhale much, much stronger than your average sneeze. Dust exploded throughout the cabin in a poofy cloud and Setsuko herself was thrown back with the force, landing uncomfortably on her butt near the cabin door.

"Whoo!" she said, shaking her head to clear it. "Too much dust!"

Rue, standing close to a wall, was thrown into the wooden boards. They complained loudly, creaking and groaning as her weight was thrust upon them. She slid to the floor, a bit surprised. Shaking some dust out of her clothes (not that it helped), she stood, trying to hold in a small sneeze now herself.

"Well, that was forceful," Rue said, finally sneezing now herself. "Do you always sneeze like that?"

Setsuko stood, rubbing her nose a bit and still sniffing. "Yeah, most of the time," she admitted. "Why?"
