Akari gave the taxi driver the address and he started off towards the mountains.

"Hey," said Eiji with a smirk, handing him another bottled water.

"Well friends are friends," said Biyomon. "I wonder how Agumon and Akari are doing..."

"No, I think he's just lost," said Gabumon. "He doesn't seem infected by the virus..." he said, that is until a digital portal suddenly openned, a black smoke emerging from it and engulfing the Kunemon. "Oh no! The virus!" he said. "I won't be effected thanks to our bond, but Kunemon is being corrupted!"

Kunemon's lightning-like eye-line glowed bright red and he glared at them. "Electro Thread!" he shouted, spitting an electrically charged thread at them.

"Blue blaster!" yelled Gabumon, freezing the string and causing it to fall to the ground and shatter. "Don't worry, he's only a Rookie, I can beat him myself."

Kittomon took the bottled water and dumped it on Eiji. He smirked at him and stuck his tongue out.

Hajime asked "What's that noise? What's going on? You guys okay?"

Ron nodded but picked up a rock and threw it at Kunemon as hard as he could and made it fly back a few feet. He smiled and said while his hand started glowing "I'm glad that I still have my throwing arm at least." He looked at his hand and asked "Are you sure you don't need me? I think I could make you Digivolve if you want to."

Suddenly, a beam of dark energy surged down into Kunemon, causing it to glow. "Kunemon digivolve to..." it announced, a surge of black light enulfing it. "Flymon!" it announced, emerging from the black light as Flymon. "Deadly Sting!" it announced, firing its stinger at Gabumon.

Gabumon leapt out of the way, the stinger getting embedded in the concrete. "Don't touch that, it's poisonous!" he yelled. "Blue Blaster!" he called, blasting Flymon with it but doing nothing.

"Poison Powder!" announced Flymon, letting sparkling powder down on Gabumon.

Gabumon sunk to his knees, feeling weak. "Ron...put your hand on your Digivice! Quick!" he said, losing strength.

"Nothing," said Eiji, getting a towl and washing off. "So, you guys want to come to my cabbin and think this out?"

Ron put his glowing hand on his Digivice, hoping it would work somehow.

Hajime laughed and said "Sure, Eiji. It didn't sound like nothing but I guess if you don't want to tell us then it's your choice. Where can we meet up at?"

Kittomon started sniffing around the building and getting into all kinds of stuff and flinging it everywhere like a actual canine would. But he did it only to make Eiji play with him.

"DIGIVOLUTION..." read the Digivice, sending out a wave of the aura from Ron's hand into Gabumon.

Gabumon's eye shot open as he qas engulfed in light. "Gabumon digivolve to..." he announced, in the light his data scattering off, revealing the outline of his Digivolution. The aura surged in, filling in new data. First his paws and legs, then his tail and back. As he spun around, it filled in his face. The data around him read "AEROGARURUMON" in english and in kanji. "AeroGarurumon!" he announced with a howl.

He landed with a howl as the light faded, snarling at the Flymon. "Ron, take cover, ok?" he said.

"My dad's cabin in the woods," said Eiji. "I'll try to get ahold of Akari and Ron and tell them, ok?" he said, throwing a ball for Kittomon.

Hajime closed the phone and headed downstairs after he said "Biyomon. You need to follow me but fly up in the sky please. I don't want to carry you like you're a doll. I take that as an offense." He then left the house and waved down a taxi. He got in and told the taxi to take him to Eiji's father's cabin.

Ron took cover after saying "Okay. Take it down and I'll stay out of your way."

Kittomon jumped up in the air and retrieved the ball mid-flight. When he landed on the ground, he twirled around quickly to pick up momentum and threw the ball at Eiji's chest.

Eiji hung up and caught the ball, throwing it back before calling Akari.

"Is there anything you'd like, Master Kittomon," said Faron, being Eiji's butler and remaining with him.

AeroGarurumon charged Flymon.

"Deadly Sting!" yelled Flymon, sending a barrage of stingers at AeroGarurumon.

AeroGarurumon dodged the attack swiftly, leaping into the air and kicking off Flymon, sending him crashing to the ground.

"Poison Powder!" yelled Flymon, flying up and releasing his powder again.

"Wolf Cyclone!" yelled AeroGarurumon, running around below Flymon at high speeds, generating a miniture tornado and sending Flymon's own poison back at him and blasting him high into the air. As flymon flew down, AeroGarurumon swiftly leapt underneath him, blue fire surging into his mouth. "Howling Blaster!" he said, firing a stream of blue fire into the falling Flymon. Flymon exploded into Data, reverting back into a Digi-Egg and floating through a portal back to the digital world.

"Hello?" asked Akari, picking up her cell phone. "Oh, hey Eiji, yeah we're on the way."

Kittomon caught the ball and threw it at Faron. He smiled and said "Think fast, Sir."

Ron watched the fight and said "Wow. I wish I could fight like you can. You are so elegant when you are fighting, like you flow with your moves. It's amazing."

Faron caught the ball suprisingly skillfully and threw it back.

"Ok, Akari, see you and Agumon soon," said Eiji, hanging up. "Akari and Agumon are on their way."

AeroGarurumon reverted back to Gabumon and walked over. "Thanks, that's just my fighting style, I guess," he said. His stomach growled loudly. He rubbed the back of his head. "I'm hungry..."

Kittomon was hit in the face with the ball and said "You got lucky, Sir. Didn't think you'd be able to catch one of MY balls." He went and picked it up and threw it at Eiji as hard as he could and started running to wherever he could.

Ron looked at Gabumon and asked "What do you eat? Steak? Raw steak like a dog?"

Eiji caught it and threw it after him. He then called Ron's cell phone.

Gabumon shook his head. "Steak is fine, but I'd prefer cooked," he said, then covered his ears as Ron's cellphone rang. The pitch of the ringtone hurt his ears.

Ron turned down the volume on his phone and answered it. He said angrily "Thanks for hurting Gabumon's ears, Eiji. You shouldn't have called. I was about to call you myself."

Kittomon skillfully dodged the ball and ran up to Eiji and took his phone from him. He smiled at Eiji while he said "Hello. Hello Ron. I'm not Eiji."

Gabumon shook it off. "Sorry, my ears are sensitive like that..."

Eiji pressed the speaker phone button. "You're on speaker, Ron. Sorry. Glad your partner got to you ok."

Akari got out of the taxi with Agumon and paid the driver before running up. "Alright, here we are," she said. "Faron-san, do you think you could get my friend some vanilla ice cream with carmile on it?"

Faron nodded. "Yes, Miss Akari," he said, heading to get it.

"See, told you I'd get it for you?" asked Akari, smiling to her partner.

Ron smiled down at Gabumon and said "It's okay. I like it that you can hear better than anyone." He sighed and said toward his phone "Yeah. I found Gabumon. He's the best. Could we meet up somewhere?"

Kittmon walked over to Akari and said "How are you, Akari? Are you glad that you found Agumon in one piece?"

Agumon looked up at Akari with the saddest eyes possible, awaiting an answer.

"Yeah, right now, we're all meeting at my dad's cabin," said Eiji. "Akari is already here with Agumon."

Akari hugged Agumon. "Yeah, I am," she said. "I really missed her and I'm glad she's here now..." she said, smiling.

"Your ice cream," said Faron, handing Agumon her icecream.
