Kenai followed Rosie quickly. "Rosie pretty dog."

Jenna nodded, picking up Denali and carrying her off to get some privicy.

Lena went over to Balto. "Did you see the show, Grandpa."

Cachen nodded happily. "It was fun, that guy was a good magician."

---------------------

"I still can't believe Sakak out crooked dealed the devil himself and can outcheat Red," said Lenatei. "He's certainly an impressive trickster spirit."

Rosie blushed a little, looking down at Kenai. "I still can't believe I can talk to you!" she said, rubbing his head experimentally with a paw.

Balto shook his head, smiling at Lena. "Im afraid not." he said gently.

Katie nodded, smiling softly as if she were in thought. "He was good. Definitely."

**************

Belladonna nodded, smiling wide. "Thats Pakak for you. He's so strong."

Kenai nodded. "Me too! I like talk with Rosie!" he said. "Thank Rosie for be nice to me! Rosie nice!"

"Oh, well you missed a lot of cool stuff," said Lena.

Cachen nodded. "But how did he do all that stuff I wonder..."

------------------

Lenatei nodded. "He should be," she said. "He's a promordial spirit that's existed since the dinosaur age," she explained. "In fact, didn't he accidentally wipe those out?"

Rosie thought Kenai's baby talk was adorable. "Its no problem t be nice! I'm not going to be mean to a puppy!" trying something else, she leaned down and nuzzled Kenai.

Katie chuckled gently, looking at Cachen oddly. "After all we've seen you wonder how, sweetheart?"

************

Belladonna nodded. "Hes had a lot of practice; and hey, if he hadn't sent that meteor, we would have never evolved!"

Kenai nuzzled her back. "Hey, there's papa!" he said. "Come on! Come on! Let's show papa!"

Lena started describing the show to Balto.

"Well I've never seen a human do it," said Cachen. "The other people who I've seen do stuff like that were spirits or angels."

------------------

Lenatei nodded. "In his defense, he just meant to scare people."

Rosie nodded gently, looking up curiously. "Papa..?" she wondered, before seeng Balto. "Oh! Balto!" she said, looking extremely happy. "Lets go!"

Balto nodded, listening to his granddaughter.

Blaze yipped gently, having watched Rosie and Kenai come up. "Lena! Papa!"

*********

"Oh I know. I try to put a positive spin on things." Belladonna said, grinning.

Lena nodded, but then cocked her head. "Who is that with him?"

Kenai ran up to his father. "Papa! Papa! We meet the nice ring master and he say he know magic! And then Rosie talk to him! And then he made her dog like us!" he shouted, excited and hopping up and down from it.

------------

Lenatei nodded. "Yeah, and it turned out better anyway," she said. "The Dinosaurs couldn't be intelligent anyway."

Rosie blinked, looking surprised as Kenai just said it all so blantantly. Balto was just looking at her, noting the yellow scarf Rosie always wore.

"Rosie?" Balto looked shocked, but not entirely displeased.

"... Hi." Rosie said sheepishly.

**************

"They didn't have the capacity to learn." Belladonna said with a leisurely shrug.

Lena blinked. "Rosie...I'm confused, not that this isn't cool but...how?"

Kenai set down so Rosie could explain, but his tail went a mile a minute.

------------------

Lenatei nodded. "Poor creatures," she admitted. "Still, good thing Sakak is on our side."

"I-It was the ring master! He turned me into a dog!" Rosie said, still looking shocked. "He heard me say how much I wanted to talk to you all, and I agreed to let him turn me into a dog."

Balto couldn't help but believe it, having seen some odd things in the past year. "I dint think there's much room to argue. There's no doubt in my mind you're Rosie." he said. She sounded like Rosie, even smelled like her!

*************

Belladonna nodded, snickering. "Now he is."

Lena blinked. "Wow...so will he turn you back when you want to be human?"

"He say he would, he nice so he probably will," said Kenai.

Jenna came back with Denali and looked at Rosie, blinking. "Hello," she said, confused by the new pup.

--------------------

Lenatei nodded. "He's a better ally than an enemy, that's for sure," she continued. "So what's it like being half and half like that?" she asked, refering to Belladonna's present nature as a demon angel hybrid.

"He said he would after I was finished." Rosie said, before turning to Jenna. She looked most overjoyed to see her, since she and Jenna had been so close over the years. "J-Jenna...?"

Balto couldn't help but crack a grin. "Jenna, this is Rosie."

"It Rosie, Momma!" said Blaze, her tail wagging happily.

***********************

"Actually," Belladonna smiled "It's not as bad or confusing at you'd think it'd be." she looked pretty happy. "I mean, I feel very normal like this, even though I don't look it. I was never completely an angel, even though I don't like hurting people. But i was also never a total demon. I just liked giving people a hard time." she chuckled. "so this form is best."

Jenna's eyes went wide. "R-Rosie?" she asked, confused. "But...is this a trick?" she asked, unable to imagine that her human was a dog."

"It Rosie momma! Nice ring master make Rosie dog! She wanted to so he did it and now she's a dog and can talk to us!" said Kenai, excitedly.

Jenna's eyes widened and she lowered to sniff Rosie, finding her scent the same. "R-Rosie? Is that really you?"

--------------------

Lenatei nodded. "I see," she said. "Though you and Sakak are pretty simular, tricksters, but now karmic tricksters," she said. "Must be fun to have lso much free time on your paws."

Rosie smiled, looking extremely happy to hear Jenna's voice. "Yeah, it is. As long as it's really you, Jenn!" she said with a wide grin, chuckling.

"Isn't it great, Momma?!" Blaze asked, yipping happily.

********************

"Actually, not so much free time anymore." Belladonna said with a sigh. "since I'm here, my cousin finds new charges for all the time. I'm pretty backed up. I try to visit them daily, to give them a hard time, but it's difficult. You know Anabelle, she just wants to give everyone a second chance."
