Ooc:// Yumi, yes, I will. And here it is. Sorry it took so long to post. I didn't see your last post until just now.
Since Tango is already kind of gone, I won't post about him. Just pretend he never existed.
Bic:// Elise quickly shouted as Sasha was being carried away, "No fear! They can sense it! Bye, Sasha!" Her last comment was almost cheerfully said, but the rest was sincere for once. When Elise was all alone, she curled up in the back of her crate, waiting for the humans to come take her away to. But instead, she felt her whole crate being lifted up and placed on something flate. An engine roared to life, and Elise realized that she must be on a truck.
Elise immediately stood up, but she kept silent. She was scared to death, but she had to take her own advice and not show fear near these humans. The truck bumped along the road, and Elise settled down enough to sit inside her crapped crate. She wondered where she was being taken to and why. It occured to her that she hadn't been outside of the farm grounds for such a long time that a twinge of excitement suddenly burst inside her. Maybe she would finally be free.
But as she though about this, the rest of the dogs popped into her mind. She had never been the kindest room mate, and was usually just down right rude, but how was she going to leave without them? They would have no idea where she had gone. Would they even miss her? Sorrowfully, Elise laid on the ground and tucked her head beneath her paw, realizing it was too late now to change all the wrong things she'd done. Especailly to Miska. How was she ever going to forgive herself?
(Just a side note, Elise is being taken to another property just for breeding. If anyone wants to bring one of her pups into the roleplay later, you are welcome to! Just throwing that idea out there!)
"Yes, it has been a while, hasn't it?" Griffin asked the mutt, a content smile on his face. He tried not to reflect to much on Bruce's choice of words about suffering, but he sighed as he saw a group of men coming to the barn. "I guess it's that time of day again," he said, referring to the fighting rings. "Go on inside. I'll take this first one," he said, walking straight towards the men with his head held high and his chest out. Griffin never enjoyed the rings, but he would rather go there himself than have any of the others go instead.
One of the men grabbed him by the scruff and drag him towards another building. Griffin tried to walk, but his feet couldn't grip the dusty ground at the angle he was being held at. Finally, they reached the rings, and Griffin was thrown on to the ground. The cheers erupted, but Griffin tried to block out the distraction. In front of him was a large wolfhound whose muzzle was already drenched in the blood of his previous oponent. Closing his eyes and taking a deep breath, Griffin prepared for the challenge.
But he would not leave this arena alive. Bruce would be the last dog Griffin talked to, and in his last moment, he wondered if the others would even know of his death before that night.
