Shadow looked back at the alpha's den as they walked away,he was happy to be alone with Jesabelle again but there was something bothering him about Akua."Jesabelle..." He thought it twice and decided to forget about Akua and enjoy his time with Jesabelle, so he changed the question on his mind to another one even more important."I'm curious...why do you spend so much time with me? I mean, don't get me wrong, I love being with you..." He blushed."I mean...because I...I love being with my friends. But you're the alpha's daughter, and you have freedom now...you could be running around exploring or looking for a skilled... popular hunter from the pack, I don't know...something like that." Shadow was a little confused, he didn't even know what he was saying anymore but somehow he couldn't stop talking.

Kali was in plain sight, praying somebody would see her before she collapsed out of hunger. Humans had scared the prey away, she had only managed to make it this far into the forest without being attacked by anything with luck. Her legs trembled slightly, her ribs showing clearly through her grey pelt. Her amber eyes looked hopefully at the camp,w here they were sure to have food. IT had been so long since she had eaten, the word now seemed foreign to her.

Azara left the cave and walked around, then something caught his nose, it was another wolf, "Leya i'll be back shortly," he then ran off to the scent. After a few minutes he stopped panting, "Hello!" he called out, "ANyone there!!" he looked around walking carefully, "IF your out there say something,"
LEya nodded to Akua, "Just relax, and let me know when you need something," she said as she sat at the mouth of the cave,

Kila was startled when she heard another wolf speak, but was filled with releif. Maybe now she oculd eat. She stepped into his view range weakly, every step forced painfully, her stomach full of wracking hunger pains that she struggled to conceal.
"I'm Kila," she said softly, hating how weak and hoarse her voice sounded. She layed her ears back in hope and trepidation.

"I can walk," she said, hiding her trembles of releif, still trying to hide her hunger pains. "Thank you Azara," she said gratefully, her amber eyes warm and grateful, releif clear in them and on her face, shown in every move of her trembling, grey furred body.

Jesabelle walked with Shadow and said, " I don't care who I hang out with. It's the personality of the wolf I hang out with. So, there's your answer." She smiled, " And I would like it if we became more than friends." She licked his cheek.

Shadow instantly stopped in shock, he wasn't sure of what he had heard or what to say.Of course he wanted to be more than friends with Jesabelle, nothing would ever make him happier than that. But he didn't know what he was supposed to answer. He remained silent for a little bit before saying the only thing that was on his mind."I...love you." He blushed because he thought he was sounding dumb, but it was the truth, it was what he really felt for Jesabelle and after saying it he felt really good, like if there were no troubles in the world.

"Nothing important or anything," she said, the lie of her past spilling from her mouth. She had another pack, but she had been shunned from it, after the...incedent.

"Really? at first i never had a pack all my own, i was different from my old one, so they kicked me out," Azara said, he looked at her, "The reason i was kicked out of my old pack was that i had a mark on me which made them think i was evil. once i was kicked out i looked around for a place to stay, i found the pack i was in now, i asked my mates parents if i could stay, they said yes, then i saw her, and fell in love, ut at first she didn't because of the mark i had," he should Kali the mark that was on his chest, it was in the shape of two diamonds crisscrossing each other, "But then she saw passed that and saw that i wasn't evil, the one pack that kicked me out practically kicked me into the pack that i watch over now," he smiled, "And it appears you were kicked right into it too,"

Jesabelle smiled and said to Shadow, " Shadow, I want something to happen with us. Something special. I wanna be mates with you. I don't just want to be just friends. I love you Shad. And if it means being kicked out or having to run away with you, then I'm ready to take that chance. It's just, if you aren't then we could never be together. Do you understand Shadow?" She asked him and licked his cheek.
