Rainstorm broke into a run, her light paws flying over the ground quickly. She soon reached the border, and crossed it. She slowed as she reached the area near her camp. She stopped completly, lifting her head, opening her mouth slightly to smell for prey, which would cover her hunting excuse. She padded to the edge of the nearby stream, her paw poised above the water. She saw a flash of scales, and quicky dipped her paw in, graabbing the wriggling fish. She pulled it out of the water, ending its struggle with a quick bite. She took it gently in her mouth and resumed walking towards her camp.

Silverclaw padded back to the camp, a deceased bird hanging from her mouth.

Rainstorm entered the camp, and set the vole on the prey pile, the salty flavor of it lingering in her mouth.

Silverclaw sighed, as she placed the robin in front of the Elder's den before walking off to fnd her apprentence.

Rainstorm stumbled as a ball of tabby fur ran into her. "Rainstorm!" he said happily. "Wetkit, get of," she said, pushing him off her gently. "I'm gonna be an apprentice today," he boasted, puffing his chest out. "I can't wait!" he continued, his green eyes bright, hid tail flicking happily. "I know you can't," she said, nudging him gently. She had been asked to be his mentor, it was obvious the young cat was attched to her.
