Kevin nodded. He went over to the side of the Rust Bucket and copied its metal, coating himself in it before running back to the group. "Not so hot on the color, but it works." he said, smiling.

Ben nodded. "But superpowers help." he said, looking at Kevin. "That's so cool." he said. "So is that the building over there?"

Max thought for a moment then went back to the rust bucket and pulled something out of a compartment. He then shut the door and headed over to Ben and Kevin. "Wear these inside, it'll be dark." He said, handing them both a pair of night-vision goggles. "But don't wear them when it's light, they might blind you." He added, catching up to Gwen, he handed her a pair of night-vision goggles too and told her the exact same thing.
Gwen stared at the night-vision goggles. "Awesome." She muttered.

"Thanks grandpa, but I'll only use them if the Omnitrix times out, my aliens all have good night vision." said Ben, putting them in his pocket.

Kevin nodded. "Thank you." he said. "Now lets go kick butt!"

Once they arrived at the base, Max stopped infront of a big armoured door. "Now if I can remember the code properly.." Muttered Max, pressing a few buttons on a small code pad on the door. The code pad flashed green at the top and the doors opened. Max entered, everything was pitch black. Max put his night vision goggles on and switched the night vision on. Max headed over to a door with 'weapons room' written on it. He pushed the door open and went in, he soon came out with two Karabiner 98ks. "Kevin and Ben have a way of protecting themselves, but Gwen and I don't." Said Max, pretty much explaining why they needed the guns. He handed one of the Karabiners to Gwen. "Careful with that." He said.
Gwen stared at the gun in her hand then nodded. "What does this gun do?" She asked.
"It kinda works like a shotgun except you don't need to keep reloading it after every shot." Explained Max. "It also comes in handy when you have to shoot long distance targets." He added.

Suddenly, the lights came on and Animo stood on a nearby plateform, surrounded by computers. "I thought you'd never get here." he said. "Now let me first introduce you to my newest pets." he said, a giant Preying Mantis mutant walked out from the darkness and a equally huge spider beside it.

"So Animo? We've beat your monsters before." said Ben.

"But there's more, you see I was intrigue as to how your Omnitrix bonded DNA so effortlessly to your own, so I recorded you transforming to and back." said Animo, getting a device from nearby and putting it into his suit. "Now with that knowledge, I won't just control my mutants, I'll BE a mutant!" he said, pressing the button. Energy ran through him and he began to mutate. On two bird wings erupted from his back, one arm morphed into a gorilla's while the other formed a huge crab pincer. His legs turned into those of a zebra while his body became that of a lion. A lizards tail extended behind him with a spike on the end and his mouth turned into that of a tiger while the rest of his head became like a spider, complete with mandables, his hair was replaced with Porupine Quils. He stood 10 feet tall as well.

"And I thought I looked scary when mutated." said Kevin, startled that Animo would do this to himself.

"Youch!" Muttered Gwen, quickly turning her night vision goggles off. What she saw next was horrifying. "Holy cow, and I thought Ben was ugly." Said Gwen.
Max quickly took the goggles off. "Gwen, this is no time for jokes." He said sternly.

"I'll handle Freakimo, you guys take his monsters...other than him." said Ben, activating the Omnitrix. "Turn me into Gray Matter, and I'll be mad." he said before slamming down the top. He was transformed into Freakenstein. "Yes! I got what I wanted." he said. "What better way to fight a freak than with one?" he asked.

Animo snarled. "I'll tear you apart and claim the Omnitrix!" he said, then roared before charging. His creatures doing the same.

Gwen loaded the gun and pointed it at the mutant preying mantis. She aimed for it's heart but shot it in the eye instead when it moved. The creauture gave a painful roar.

Freakenstein used his magnatized feet to plant himself firmly in place and grappled with Animo as the two collided. Being firmly in place, Freakenstein blasted Animo backwards with his electricty before running up and punching him.

Kevin cracked his knuckles and ran up to the spider, giving it strong uppercut, staggering it backwards. "I found another advantage to my new powers! I'm super strong when I've absorbed something." he said. Being coated with metal, he electrified himself with his energy powers and brought both fists up into the bottom jaw of the monster.

Max ran up to the preying mantis while it was trying to pry the bullet from it's eye and swiftly punched it in the neck. The preying mantis backed up and glared at the two so eager to defeat it.

Freakenstein was stuck to a wall by a web blast from Animo. "Ok, this is gross." he said as the mutated mad man charged him. He electrified himself, burning the webs off before jumping at Animo and punching him several times.

Kevin looked at Gwen and Max after forcing back his enemy again. He grabbed a steel pole. "Catch Gwen!" he yelled, throwing it to her. "If memory serves, I think you're pretty good with a staff." he said before being tackled by the spider and resuming fighting it.

Gwen jumped up and caught the pole before swiftly whacking the mutated preying mantis in the side. She jumped up onto it's back and gave another hard blow to it's head, making it screech loudly. The preying mantis started shaking it's body side to side, trying to shake Gwen off, but Gwen held on tightly. Finally Gwen was thrown off and she landed butt first. "What I need is a can of bug spray..a reeaaally big one." She muttered before getting up and swinging her staff around swiftly infront of the preying mantis and stared straight into it's eyes. She was trying to intimidate the giant insect, but it didn't seem to be working. 'Go on, make your move..I dare you..' Thought Gwen, still staring at the big mutant preying mantis.

Kevin caught the fangs of the giant spider and lifted it overhead before slamming it down, though it took a lot of effort to do. "I'm loving this super strength." he said before slamming both fists down on the head of the mutation. "Ben, mind giving me a jolt? I'm running low on electricity."

Freakenstein continued to brawl with the mutated Animo, catching his attempt to bite him with his metal arm then shocking him with a few thousand volts. He heard Kevin's request and sent a blast of lightning his way, which Kevin absorbed and used to blast back the spider.

The preying mantis watched Gwen carefully with it's good eye. It gave a loud screech before noticing Max, who was sneaking around it, looking for a way to defeat it. Using it's back legs, the mutated preying mantis blocked Max and cornered him. While the giant insect was distracted, Gwen thought. 'This preying mantis has tough skin on top, and judging by the size and the muscle of this gigantic bug, the weak point must be around here..' Thought Gwen, sliding underneath the preying mantis and kicking it in the stomach. She then dove out from underneath the preying mantis and waited for it's reaction.

Freakenstein kept fighting, blasting back Animo with his lightning. Suddenly, the Omnitrix started flashing red and timed out, turning him back into Ben. "What is it with you?!" he yelled at the Omnitrix. He dodged Animo's attacks, Animo didn't seem to be able to talk much in his mutated state. Ben would have to keep dodging until the Omnitrix recharged.

Kevin kneed the spider in the jaw but was thrown back. "Gwen, you're all sciency, what material around here would act like a bug zapper if I ran electricity through it?" he asked, kicking the spider back.
