Number: 2

Name: Quidel (*pronounced Qwi-dell)
Means "burning torch" in Mapuche.

Age: pup

Breed: 1/2 border collie, some labrador blood

Gender: male

Personality: Quidel is very stubborn and independant, once he has an idea he sticks to it and won't let anyone tell him otherwise. He is also extremely shy but he does make friends very easily, he is just afraid to talk to them right away. But Quidel can also be extrmelely un-cooperative and usually will have to be told more than once to do something. But since Quidel isn't a huge talker that makes him a very good listener, hes always there to listen to his siblings problems if they have any. But anther thing about Quidel is that if he knows someone really well he can be a little over the top, he is usually extremely sarcastic with his siblings and often gets in trouble for it by his parents. He also tends to give nicknames to all of his siblings, instead of using their real names. Quidel also searches to please, everything he does he does it to get some kind of recognition or attention. Quidel is also extremely afraid of showing to many emotions in front of anyone, thats why he is so shy and usually keeps to himself most of the time. Quidel tries to be gentle and caring like his father but he seemed to pick up his mother's shyness. He tires hard not to have any enimies but his stubborness sometimes draws others away from him, but he's working to change, he wants to be more like his father. He has a very split personality.

History: Quidel was the last pup born into Tyson and Fallada's litter, but he wasn't the smallest. Quidel was actually pretty large for being the smallest puppy and sometimes bullied his smaller siblings around. This might have helped with his un-cooperative attitude that he aquired later on. Ever since he was little Quidel always looked up to his father Tyson, he wanted to be exactly like his dad but that was really hard for him. Instead of being down to earth and always willing to help, Quidel is quick to snap and would never think about helping his enemies. He gets extremely irritated with himself whenever he isn't kind or nice and bottles up all of his anger and emotions which isn't always a good thing. He tries so hard to be just like his father and one day he hopes that he can be someone that Tyson will be proud of. He takes after his name more than he thinks, he's a burning torch in a way that he spreads kindness around him like a tourch spreads light, but just like a tourch can be dangerous so can Quidels stubborness and unwillingess to cooperate. But all around Quidel is a great dog who is trying his best to change his bad attitude and become someone good.

Quidel also loves his mother very much but he noticed how all of his other siblings always hung all over her and he didn't want to have to compete for her attention. Instead he watched his father from afar, trying to learn how he could be more like his dad. Thats kind of how Quidel aquired his shyness, he would never approach Tyson, always afraid of getting yelled at even though he wasn't doing anything wrong. One thing that makes Quidel happy is that him and his father have a similar coat and similar markings, he hopes that this will help him be more like Tyson.

Future: Quidel was adopted by a young recently married couple at a young age and named Jack. They didn't exactly know what they were getting into when they adopted Quidel so they didn't exactly do the best job at raising him. Plus his stubborness didn't help at all. He wouldn't listen to what they told him and he was very hard to train. He would always steal food, jump on the furniture, bark at everyone and basically was to stubborn to listen to any of their commands, even though he was smart and knew what they were and what they ment. So after a week an a half, the couple couldn't put up with Quidel any longer, they quickly put him up for adoption at the local human society so he could find a better home.

Since Quidel was in the puppy section at the humane society it didn't take long for him to get adopted. This time a young boy and his mother adopted him. Quidel planned to do the exact same thing to the boy that he did to the other couple, act like a bad dog so he can maybe go back to his real family. Quidels new owner was named Jake and he was 8 years old. But Quidel soon found out that Jake had a very deadly deseas. He was infected with brain cancer. Quidel immediatly felt horrible that he had been such a stubborn dog and tried to change as fast as he could. He also found out that the reason he got adopted was that Jake was always in and out of the hospital and he could never go to school which meant that he never had time to make any real friends, so his parents decided that a puppy would be a good thing for Jake. Quidel was allowed to go into the hospital when Jake was there under one condition, that he could only visit Jake. But that soon changed when some other kids saw the cute puppy and wanted to play with him. The hospital finally gave in and agreed to let Quidel play with the other kids as well. So Quidel became an unnofficial therapy puppy. He would go to visit sick kids when Jake was in the hospital to make them feel better, some of the parents even said that their childrens illness's started to get better after Quidels visits. And one day when the doctors tested Jake they couldn't find a trace of his cancer infection left. But he was given a 30% chance of it coming back. By then Quidel was almost full grown and he could finally play with Jake like a normal boy and dog. Although Quidel missed his hospital visits he was happy that Jake was cancer-free and he was overjoyed to know that he had changed and became more like his father.

Why I want this pup: The design is amazing! It caught my eye right away! I love the colors together and the markings are simple yet amazing! Plus I LOVE Tyson and Fallada together! they made such a cute couple and I couldn't wait till they had puppies! Also I've been looking for a puppy companion for a new character that I have in mind. He's still unamed but him and Quidel share a similar personality and it would be great to have them together!

Meaning: little lamb in Russian

Physical Description: He is thicker like a lab with a longer fluffy tail like a border collie. He has gold fur and bright green eyes and is hardy, medium-sized with a keen, friendly expression.
Personality: Rahil is fearless and friendly and has a tendency to roam. Although he may be somewhat reserved with strangers, he will greet family and friends he knows with enthusiasm. He is not a leader but a follower. He is too cowardly to lead and was often a pain to be around all he did was complain about everything. (He gets over this when he gets older) At first when he started complaining his mother would try to help him with his every need ‘til she grew weary. Now she learns to tune him out though it bothers her greatly to ignore her “needy” child. He speaks with a very thick Russian accent; his speech is so poorly he rarely speaks English. He has a slight jealousy towards Evalina because he knows that she is the favorite of their mother. He gets over his jealousy towards Evalina and replaces it with adoration for Litonya. He barks a lot and drives Fritz’s mother crazy.
History: When he was a pup he would follow his mother around like a lamb to his mother, thus his name right. When Rahil grew older he followed Fritz around and picked up the Russian language. Rahil followed Fritz into the house one day and caused a lot of mischief he ate Fritz’s mother’s favorite scarf. As punishment he was put in a crate by the window for a few hours. The heat of his small unventilated space finally got to him. Rahil started panting and complaining loudly, but his father ignored him and scolded “Shh! It isn’t that hot.” His tongue started swelling to cool him down. He started panicking because of how hot it was and barked uncontrollably. When Fallada came in to see what all the ruckus was about she saw her son’s anxious expression and red gums. She knew it was heat stroke and panicked. Fallada started scratching at the crate and whispering. “Oh NO! Oh, no no no no No!” Rahil stared at his mother with a dizzy expression. He collapsed. Fallada freaked out and ran to go find Fritz. When Fritz came in he saw the collapsed pup and tried to wake him. Unfortunately Rahil had slipped into a coma by then and his temperature was still way too high. Fritz thought he was dead and started crying. He brought the puppy outside and

I feel bad for you I read through some of the other enteries and I had a hard time choosing which ones I like LOL (haha I usually read through other bios and secretly cheer for my favorites XD)

Fallada is obviously a pet, and I believe Tyson is also...well, I know he had an owner at one time, anyways. ;]
