"Dev?" Tyler asked as he walked up behind his friend, crouched down behind a bush. "What the cr*p are you doing behind a bush?" he asked and swung his backpack off his shoulder. "Shhh!" Dev exlaimed and pulled Tyler down with him. "I can't let Shay see me...I told her we were leaving last night but I came here to get everyone...but schools already started!" Tyler chuckled "yeah! i'm pretty late! want me to get everyone for you?" Tyler asked and Dev nodded gratefully. "'Kay...be back out soon!...hopefully." He added and winked at his friend.
Tyler walked casually down the empty halls, he knew school had started about five minutes ago but he didn't care, he knew the teacher wasn't in the room yet so he was safe. He entered the classroom and took his normal seat in the back of the class next to Alaska. He slouched down in his seat and reached over to pull the earbud out of the girls ear. "Morning!" he said cheerfully, but in his low gruff voice and smiled cheesily at her.

Serenity was depating whether or not to head to school today. She was in the mood to skip, but something inside her wanted to go. It felt like something was going to happen. Something exciting. With a defeated sigh. Serene climbed onto the roof of the nearest building and roof-hopped to school. Luckily, no one saw her until she climbed down into another alley near the school and walked up the side walk. She came in as soon as the bell rang and she strolled into her classroom casually. She walked passed Alaska to a seat in the corner, a few seats down from the other vampire. A few minutes later, she looked up to see Tyler walk in. She ignored both vampires by looking out the window, but listening in at the same time.

Luna pat Coal on the head as she left her truck. "Remmeber, watch out for anything suspious," she told her dog like she always did before leaving to walk into school. By now, Coal was practically a trained vampire hunting dog. She hurried into school, knowing it was only a few seconds before the bell rang. She made it into the classroom a second before it did. She took her seat by the window in the middle row. It wasn't long after she sat down that Serenity strolled in and, a few minutes later, Tyler. Luna had her suspsision about those two, and Alaska, but she couldn't do much at the moment. BUt she did take notice that Dev was a no-show. He was also on her list to watch.

Nessa was sitting in the front of the classroom, early as normal. She noticed Shay's depressed appearence and had abandoned her seat in the front of the classroom to sit next to Shay. "Hey, girl. Is something the matter?" she asked sweetly and with concern.

"You don't have to talk about it if you don't want to," Nessa said, patting Shay's shoulder understandingly. "But if you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here."

"So, is Dev sick today?" Nessa asked innocently. "I don't think he's here today."

Nessa gasped in surprise at Shay's sudden tears. A few accusing eyes stared at her and she felt terribly guitly. She wondered what happened to Dev. Did he break up with her or something? SHe decided not to run after Shay and asked.

Alaska giggled slightly, pulling the second earbud out of her ear."So, let me guess..Dev needs us." She made the guess, her eyes over by the window, she could seee his fott from behind a bush and she began giggling again "A-A bush!" She whispered to him in disbelif "Wow.." SHe hsook her head "Well, what does he need?" She asked Tyler.She shifted her eyes to look at his, she tried to keep her heart from leaping out as she did so.

Tyler shrugged "I dunno!" he lowered his voice into a whisper "but it's bad enough that he said 'goodbye' to Shay!" Tyler hissed and shook his head in disbelief. "So I think we should grab everyone else and ditch this joint to go help Devvy!" Tyler whispered, using his usual nickname for Dev.

Alaska nodded "Hey Tyler...Can I tell you something?" SHe asked him, her voice weak sounding.SHe knew Tyler would say yes "I mean something no one knows about me..I should hide it..but I trust you..." SHe shrugged at her own stupidity.SHe grabbed his hand and began walking swiftly down the halls.

[And can Tyler get the people, because I forget whos in and out..]

Tyler paused once they were out in the hall and whipped out his phone, quickly texting Serenity and Lucy. "Hey! Luce and Ser! Meet me, alaska, and Dev outside behind the bushes hurry!" Dev added and pressed 'send'. "Lets go wait outside for them..." Tyler whispered and walked toward the entrace, not noticing Brendal following them.
