"Shay!." Satin was overjoyed to see his sister. He walked over to her a grabbed her by the scruff softly and took her somewhere where the other dogs wouldnt bother them. "I`ve been wanting to talk to you," He said. "I was wandering if you knew the answer to these questions." He paused for a moment then said "What happened to Steele and who is our mother, did they abandon us?" Satin had been wanting to ask these questions ever since he found out he was Steele`s son and Shay`s brother.

"Here`s my story." He said. "Well, I could remember some things about mother, she had a warm voice that made me feel safe, and she was there for me when I needed her." Satin thought harder. "Well, I got lost somehow and I woke up lying in the snow all on my own, a wolf came and took me to her pack, they accepted me and I was raised by wolves, but when I was old enough to fend for myself. They cast me out into the cold cruel world alone. I found Nome and lived there for two years, and I`m still here, because I like it here."

"Yeah." Said Satin, he wanted to ask one more question though. "Was our mom a wolf?"

"Well, we both have rather large paws, we might be part wolf." Said Satin.

Satin looked at the ground then back at Shay "Where can I find dad?" He asked.

"Lead the way." Said Satin as he followed Shay.

Satin was eager to meet his dad, yet reluctant at the same time. He was wondering if his dad was gong to accept him, he looked like Balto except he was black and white. He looked like a wolf.
