Alright, so
I really want to see the movie. Not because I'm a die-hard fangirl, but because I read the books and I really want to see what they did with the movie. So far I heard it's good.
My school/community is full of screaming fangirls and I'm surprised that I haven't choked anyone to death yet ._. I'm even more surprised that I still want to see the movie.

Okay, I'm way behind, but I just watched it today.

It was better than I expected, I rate it 6.5 (out of 10).

It was a pretty good movie, better than I expected after all the complaints from you hating BSers. Edward and Belle pissed me off in the first half an hour but I liked them a lot by the end of the movie. Sparkliness made me ROFL. One thing I hated is how much 'super powers' they all had. Zoom zoom super fast and Edward just rips a tree out of the ground. LOL. But it was a good movie and managed to keep me entertained for two hours, which isn't an easy feat.

I liked the idea of how he loved her but he could hardly control his bloodythirst. That was really cool, I thought. I love love stories anyway, so zur what do you expect. I've never been a fan of vampires (always more leaning to werewolves) but I liked how they were portrayed here.

"What if I'm not the hero? What if I'm the bad guy?" that was my favourite line in the movie. Also, I don't think that Rob Pattz is the greatest actor in the world. I thought whoever played Belle was a better actor.

So overall, it was a good movie besides a few, *ahem*, creative elements.

But I don't agree with the flaws you mentioned, because they're just matters of opinion.
I do, however, agree on the thing with Edward trying to control his need to kill her. I think Rob portrayed that very well in the film. And I personally think he made the perfect Edward. :3

Heh, when i first saw him in the trailer, i was like "...ewwww." But when I saw him in the cinema, I was like "...omg wow <333". Just gows to show you can't have an opinion on a film until you've seen it.

And btw, her name's Bella. Not Belle. ^^

Well, I do, but I don't really consider them flaws. And what I said earlier, I don't really 'hate' those things. they're just some things I might've changed. They actually served the story quite well, I think.

And oh, is it? Lol, I don't think I was thinking straight when I made the post before. And yet it's the most respectable and mature XD Just kidding (: lol.

And on another note, I'm not sure whether or not I'll read the books. If a friends buys them I'll see if I can borrow it, or if they have any at the library (well, at our school library they had it but I think somebody stole it o_o) then I will. Because I'm sick and I'm running out of decent books at the moment.

The only thing I know about it is that it was a movie based off a book and they are making a sequel. I don't know, seems most like a fad of sorts.

I read the book; Watched the movie : Didn't like it, and there is another book [ older] that it makes it seem Twilight copyied off of it.
I'm not a Fan of Twilight, never have, never will be.
