Safe to say that Joe Gibbs Racing will have to wait a year before bringing Toyota their first Cup championship.
btw, speaking as a die-hard Jeff Gordon fan, don't know about you, but we are finally starting to get better, the only problem is it may be a little too late for the title this year, but not as far as a win.

The way Jeff Gordon's season has been, I just don't care about the last 6 six, I'm ready for 2009. New paint scheme (which is awesome by the way, Jeff said he always wanted a black car), new attitude, new mindset. I'm ready for my favorite race team of 12 years and counting to have a fresh start (and for Steve Letarte to put some better cars out there).
In all of my years of cheering for Jeff, this has got to be the most frustrating season I've endured; yes, even worse than 2005 when we didn't make the chase, at least we won that year.
