Well on 8th may (the day before i joined the forum) i was at the renting store where yo urent/buy games/movies (Blockbusters)
I was looking for a game to buy preowned and came across a few, when dad had to go get somethnig out the car and i was already bored of looking at the games i went to the animation section as i was becoming a fan (my first watch was lionking then i was hooked on animation) and i saw alot of other disney and was bored and need of a new movie to watch. i looked about but only found some to kiddy or i already seen or weird ones i doubt id like. then i saw o n this cover a dog and when i picked it up it was called Balto. I read it and looked for abit and got quite interested and thought might aswel give it a try. so rented it, brought it home. then i hesitated cause i always feel lil odd watching movies i aint heard of. so i looked on google for quick thing, Found this lil info thing. then i found the forum. seeing so many fans i decided to watch. I loved the movie like any other. but it wasnt till two scenes that made me Snap and fall in love with the movie ( like i did for lion king ) Next day. i joined! so thats basicly how i got to the forum and watched balto.
was on Dvd at the rent store and also when i taken it back i bought it ^^ worth it i think

I guess you can say I rediscovered this wonderful movie. I was searching for an All Dogs Go To Heaven fansite and found one and it was this one and they had an area for Balto too. As I just read the name Balto I remember watching this movie when I was younger and absolutley loving it just like what happened to me with the All Dogs movie. So I know I needed to go buy so I went everywhere. I even went to Woodfield mall to the FYE which is like an hour from where I live. When I was driving home from Woodfied, I passed a local video store that had a giant sign that read, "GOING OUT OF BUSINESS, EVERYTHING MUST GO!" I went in to see if they had the movie. I didn't see it on the shelf so I asked the cashier if they have Balto in stock and she said we do. She brought me over to the same area I was at before and it wasn't there and I overheard some people talking and they basically said I found the movie Balto. The cashier at that moment had to help another customer, I didn't leave and when I was walking throgh the store I saw the same couple that said I found the movie Balto carrying nothing and walking out. When I was walking down the isle I look up and there it was like it was meant to be. As soon as I got home I popped the movie into the DVD player and watched and absolutley fell in love with it. Can't wait to see the others!!!

However, if you want to see Balto 2 and 3, you can easily buy them on Amazon, e-bay and other online shops. Too bad you guys don't have an Wal*Mart like mine then, my local one has Balto individually and in a DVD trilogy pack! I already had the third on DVD when it first came out, but the first two I have are on VHS, so I kinda recently got them on DVD now too ^^

Oh man haha, my mom took me to see Balto in theatres when I was around 6 or 7 years old. For years I forgot about it then stumbled upon it one day in an old TV guide. I decided to rent It a day or 2 after looking in the guide. Made me feel like a kid again when I watched it.

My dad took me to see Balto the first day it was released in theaters, so I've been hooked ever since then.
